First Floor: Living Room with Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Patio Access, Queen Bedroom with Kitchenette and Walk-In Shower + Patio Access, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Queen Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds and Tub/Shower Combo.

Third Floor: Loft with Wet Bar and Balcony Access.

*This home only allows for eight people of all ages to stay the night and only permits weekly reservations per community association regulations.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Perfect stay all around!
We had a great stay and a peaceful beach vacation. The house is beautiful and comfortable, with great decorations and useful amenities. The gated community and private walk to the beach gave the location an extra feel of peace and gateway. The company is also very responsive. Great experience!

Nice Location relative to beach access.
Well equipped property for a restful stay. Some A/V equipment could use an update. Management staff was very reactive when needed. East check in and check out. Would like to rent property in the future.

Fantastic much needed getaway
We loved our stay at Karen's Beach House. The home was spacious, super well equipped in the kitchen, and spotless when we arrived. Caribe is such a unique and peaceful neighborhood. We were really able to unwind and relax. It was also a short walk to the beach access! Can't wait to come back and we appreciate the wonderful service Ocean Reef provided us!

What is the distance to each of the pools?

Answer:

Caribe residents and guests have access to two community swimming pools. One pool is located on Rue Caribe and the other is located on Rue Martine. Karen's Beach House is closest to the pool on Rue Caribe, which is approximately 300 yards away (3 football fields). The community pool on Rue Martine is approximately 600 yards away (6 football fields). See you soon!

Can you have bike rentals and/or golf cart rentals in this community?

Answer:

The Homeowners Association prohibits golf cart rentals within the Caribe community. Bike rentals, however, are permitted and can be reserved at a discounted rate here!

Are the community pools heated?

Karen's Beach House has access to two refreshing community pools, however, they do not have the ability to be heated.
