The living room is designed for connection, with plush seating arranged around a custom-built-in entertainment center—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day in the sun. Just beyond, the dining area is framed by large windows and French doors, allowing sunlight to spill across the table and create a warm, airy setting for shared meals. The kitchen blends style and function with generous counter space, bar seating, and an open layout that keeps everyone part of the conversation.

On the first floor, the Primary King Suite offers a peaceful retreat with a spa-like bath featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and private patio access. A separate King suite on this level includes its own patio entry, providing added comfort and flexibility. Upstairs, you’ll find an additional King bedroom and a bedroom with two Twin beds, thoughtfully arranged for guests of all ages, along with a shared walk-in shower. A cozy bonus den offers extra lounging or sleeping space, while select bedrooms open to breezy balconies that invite in the coastal air. The third-floor loft, complete with a wet bar and its own balcony, creates a relaxed hideaway ideal for sunset drinks or quiet mornings above it all.

Located within Caribe, a charming, amenity-rich community, Pelican’s Perch is just a scenic 2–3 minute walk to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. First Floor: Living Room with Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Patio Access, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower + Patio Access, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: Bonus Den, King Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds and Tub/Shower Combo.

Third Floor: Loft with Wet Bar and Balcony Access.

*This home only allows for eight people of all ages to stay the night and only permits weekly reservations per community association regulations.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Best beach getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The accommodations were excellent, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was very well stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The beach access was also super convenient and made it easy to enjoy the water anytime we wanted. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Perfect beach home!

The best beach stay

Perfect stay all around!
We had a great stay and a peaceful beach vacation. The house is beautiful and comfortable, with great decorations and useful amenities. The gated community and private walk to the beach gave the location an extra feel of peace and gateway. The company is also very responsive. Great experience!

Nice Location relative to beach access.
Well equipped property for a restful stay. Some A/V equipment could use an update. Management staff was very reactive when needed. East check in and check out. Would like to rent property in the future.

Fantastic much needed getaway
We loved our stay at Karen's Beach House. The home was spacious, super well equipped in the kitchen, and spotless when we arrived. Caribe is such a unique and peaceful neighborhood. We were really able to unwind and relax. It was also a short walk to the beach access! Can't wait to come back and we appreciate the wonderful service Ocean Reef provided us!

What is the distance to each of the pools?

Answer:

Caribe residents and guests have access to two community swimming pools. One pool is located on Rue Caribe and the other is located on Rue Martine. Karen's Beach House is closest to the pool on Rue Caribe, which is approximately 300 yards away (3 football fields). The community pool on Rue Martine is approximately 600 yards away (6 football fields). See you soon!

Can you have bike rentals and/or golf cart rentals in this community?

The Homeowners Association prohibits golf cart rentals within the Caribe community. Bike rentals, however, are permitted and can be reserved at a discounted rate here!

Are the community pools heated?

Karen's Beach House has access to two refreshing community pools, however, they do not have the ability to be heated.
