Perched on the white sandy shores of Miramar Beach, the charming Landon by the Sea condo complex includes only four total rentals, all with endless views of the glistening gulf. This intimate beachfront setting is the perfect destination for a small family vacation or large group gathering when multiple units are reserved. Each condo has two spacious bedrooms, including ensuite baths and a private balcony. The main floor of each unit also includes a convenient powder room. Ample parking is provided out front with a brick parking pad bordered by a white picket fence. The north-facing balconies of each unit are adorned in hand-carved palm tree silhouettes to remind you that you're at the beach. When you're ready for some saltwater therapy, the beach access is directly out the back door. If it's retail therapy you are searching for, venture in the opposite direction for incredible shops and restaurants only minutes away.

Landon by the Sea 4 is a two-bedroom, three-bath vacation rental for six beach-seeking guests. A wall of windows frames the stunning beach vistas in the open living area, and a glass door leads out to the gulf-side veranda. A table with seating overlooks the crystalline beach and luminescent emerald-hued waters. The living room features comfortable furnishings with a contemporary coastal look and tropically-inspired accents. A latte-toned leather couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, while a matching loveseat and two black leather recliners ensemble around a white square cocktail table and flatscreen TV. A full bath with a walk-in shower provides convenient extra facilities for use before or after hitting the beach. A tropically-inspired dining table has a unique palm tree base with a glass top flanked by six decoratively carved chairs wooden chairs. The open kitchen nearby features brushed stainless steel appliances along with a richly mottled granite-topped kitchen island with two straw-woven stools for additional wining and dining.

The primary bedroom upstairs has a dramatic vaulted ceiling with upper atrium windows and glass doors leading to the private beachfront balcony. It has a stately king-size bed with a hardwood headboard and four palm-carved posts. Matching nightstands and a dresser also feature rich hardwoods with a tropical look. Dark gray leather armchairs and a round straw-woven drink table face a large flatscreen TV for evening entertainment. The luxurious ensuite bath has a granite-topped double vanity sink, a soaking tub, and a glass wall walk-in shower. The charming guest bedroom also has a vaulted ceiling with windows and glass French doors leading to a breezy balcony. It has white cottage-styled furnishings with a king-size bed, a dresser, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity sink and tub shower combination.

Excellent unit in an even better location

We really enjoyed staying here. We visit 30A a couple times a year and know our way around fairly well, and the convenience of this location is really great for us. Being oceanfront is as good as it gets, and the screened in porch overlooking the Gulf was one of my favorite 30A experiences in a long time. Having a private beach for this community and one other was also really great. Umbrella service was included for our stay, which was yet another nice perk, plus there was a closet full of chairs and other beach items for our use during our stay. The condo itself was very clean. It shows a few slight signs of being weathered, but everything was clean (more important) and functional. The batteries in our door keypad went out during our stay, and Ocean Reef had it addressed within an hour. Would definitely stay again.

Better than advertised

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed the stay at Landon by the sea unit #4. The house was well stocked with essentials, the house is beautiful, a/c worked well. This location cannot be beat, it’s perfect. We seen dolphins everyday. The water was clear and we seen live sand dollars, hermit crabs, combs, moon jellies, common jellies and all kind of fish during our week stay. It was amazing and we will definitely book this house again! Thank you for a beautiful house on an even more beautiful beach!

Answer:

Landon by the Sea is a Gulf-front condo complex with private beach access provided. It is required, however, that you utilize the beach directly in front of the unit you are renting. Have fun!
