Lemon Drop is a well-positioned two bedroom, two and one half bathroom stand-alone house that is less than a two minute walk to the beach. Located south of Scenic Gulf Drive , accessing the crystalline white sand beach of the Emerald Coast does not require dodging traffic, in fact there are no roads to cross. Upon reaching the beach access guests are greeted with the Windancer Cottages community pool, and jumping in is highly recommended.

Back at Lemon Drop there is a refreshing private pool; this rental is one of only a handful of two bedroom vacation homes that offer a private pool in all of Northwest Florida. Outdoor living is a breeze with ample deck space off both floors. Inside an abundance of room and an open floor plan make kicking back with the family a true delight. On this level there is a queen size sleeper sofa, and the property bedrooms are located upstairs.

On the second floor of Lemon Drop there are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Why not throw the kids downstairs and let the adults relax in peace in their own suites? Here you will also enjoy additional outdoor space and a view of the pool.

As a part of the Windancer Cottage community of Miramar Beach, this lovely property is conveniently located near many of the top attractions in Destin. The Silver Sands Premium Outlet, Grand Boulevard, and Sandestin's Village of Baytowne Wharf are all just a quick car ride away. If you prefer to walk or ride a bike, this community is connected to a 5 mile path that will lead you to shops, café's, and intimate night spots. Reserve your stay today!

*Add $50.00 per day to heat the pool (available October - April if needed).

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is seasonally heated.

How often is the pool cleaned? Are linens (sheets/towels) provided?

The private pool is typically cleaned twice a week, depending on the weather. We provide linens and sheets for the beds, bath towels, and washcloths.  You will want to bring your own beach towels, as we do not provide them. See you soon!

Is the private or community pool heated?

Both! The private pool at Lemon Drop can be heated for an additional fee during the cooler months, and the beachfront community pool at Windancer is seasonally heated at the HOA's discretion. Either way - we've got you covered!

Can you reserve beach umbrellas/chairs?

Lemon Drop comes with seasonal complimentary beach service which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. If additional setups are needed you can reserve them over the phone or directly on the sand!

Are there places to rent bikes?

Lemon Drop does not include complimentary bikes, but you can most certainly rent them! As an Ocean Reef guest, you have exclusive access to discounted bike rentals through our Reef Rewards program!

Are street legal golf carts available for rent in the area?

Answer:

Yes! Golf carts are permitted in this neighborhood, and in speed limit zones of 35 MPH or less. In fact, you can rent a golf cart at a discounted rate through one of our preferred vendors. Please keep in mind that each golf cart rental will take the place of one vehicle parking space in the driveway.

Is the kitchen fully stocked?

Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, dishes, pots, and pans. We furnish enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

There is! When on the property page, select "Availability Alert" and enter the time frame you are interested in. If a cancellation does take place you will be notified via email. See you soon!
