Upstairs, the fourth floor provides additional sleeping space with a bedroom furnished with Two Twin Beds, a separate room with a Twin Sleeper Sofa, a hall bath with tub/shower combination, and an additional powder room.

Beyond Lupin Beach, guests are ideally positioned to enjoy the best of Inlet Beach and 30A. Rosemary Beach is just seconds away, putting its acclaimed dining, boutiques, and lively town center within easy reach, while Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell offer a quieter side of the coast nearby. From beach days to dinner and shopping along Scenic Highway 30A, everything feels remarkably close.
