Magnolia House

Magnolia House is a wonderful vacation rental family compound in the historic coastal village center of Grayton Beach that can sleep 11 fortunate guests. The grounds consist of an enchanting main cottage, Goodnight Moon, with three bedrooms for seven guests, and a two-story guest cottage, Bella Luna, with two bedrooms for four guests. Each of these homes can be rented individually or as a whole if more space is needed. This provides the perfect place for family or friends to share a beach vacation who desire separate sleeping quarters. Both homes have a serene setting with a furnished front patio overlooking Live Oak trees and Palmettos.

Inside the main cottage of Magnolia House, Goodnight Moon, features multiple windows and a dramatic vaulted ceiling in the open living area. A light blue wraparound couch adorned with colorful pillows and two comfortable white armchairs sit beside a round cocktail table with a brown turtle shell patterned top. A large flatscreen TV mounted above a rustic cabinet provides entertainment. The dining area near a cornered window has a round white table with a cheerful cushioned wraparound bench and two bamboo framed chairs. The open kitchen has a white island table with a butcher block top and two metal stools for entertaining. White open shelving, a gleaming subway tile backsplash, brushed stainless steel appliances, and a vintage-modern turquoise refrigerator freezer provides everything needed to create fun family meals.

The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed with a unique shutter headboard facing a flatscreen TV mounted on a dark ebony cabinet. The luxurious ensuite bath has a double vanity sink and a separate glass-walled walk-in shower. Another guest bedroom has a king-size bed featuring a handsome decorative metal headboard and a wall-hung flatscreen TV. A private ensuite bath has a veined marble vanity sink and a walk-in shower. The final bedroom features a twin over full-size bunk bed with a sunny window, wicker chair, and a wall-mounted flatsceen TV for evening entertainment. The bunk room utilizes a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination which also serves as a powder room.

Making our way to the guest cottage, Bella Luna features a sunny spacious look with a soaring cathedral ceiling and two walls of windows. A white couch faces a large flatscreen TV for entertainment mounted above a built-in cabinet adorned with two stylish lamps. Nearby, a kitchen island table with a butcher block top is flanked by two modern white chairs to enjoy favorite drinks and appetizers. The sunny kitchen has wide windows, white custom cabinetry, gray stone countertops, brushed stainless steel appliances, and a retro-style refrigerator freezer to add to the charm.

A sliding barn door leads into a guest bedroom on the first floor that includes a king-size bed with a creamy white decorative metal frame and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The ensuite bath has a gray granite-topped vanity sink and a large walk-in shower. Upstairs, the bright primary bedroom has a king-size bed facing a wall of windows. The ensuite bath includes a gray granite-topped vanity and a spacious walk-in shower.

This laid-back locale on 30A is a short stroll from the historic Grayton Beach village center that takes you back to the golden yesteryears. Visitors can easily walk to the famous Red Bar, featuring great food, craft cocktails, wine, beer, and live musical entertainment nightly. The unique Zoo Gallery across the street has a vibrant array of colorful decorative art, jewelry, and beach-inspired furnishings created by select artists nationwide. The Tribe Kelley Surf Post next door offers cool coastal clothing and fashionable accouterments. On the other end of the street, Chiringo's Restaurant & Bar serves up Spanish Tapas, fresh seafood, and favorite drinks, all while hosting seasonal entertainment. The renowned AJ's Seafood & Oyster Bar is also a stone's throw away, featuring delicious gulf-caught entrees and rollicking live bands every night. Many other restaurants, beach bars, shopping adventures, amphitheater concerts, and fun festivals are minutes away in the iconic Seaside and Santa Rosa Beach village center of Gulf Place.
