Magnolia Manor invites you to experience Grayton Beach in style, with six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 16 guests. Just a one-minute bike ride or quick cruise in the 6-seater Low-Speed Vehicle to the sugar-white sands, this remarkable retreat offers partial Gulf views throughout, with a panoramic perspective from the rooftop sundeck. Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, it blends luxury finishes with a welcoming, beachy warmth.

Perched on the third floor, the heart of the home is an expansive living area that opens to a screened-in balcony, perfect for enjoying coastal breezes. A chef's kitchen showcases premium appliances, including double Sub-Zero refrigerators, a Wolf oven and range, dual dishwashers, and a butler's pantry with wine and beverage chillers. The adjacent dining area seats twelve, ideal for gathering with family and friends. Downstairs on the first floor, a bonus den and kitchenette offer a second space to relax, with direct access to the private pool deck. The pool features a sun shelf and lounge chairs, while the Grill Hut invites al fresco dining.

Each level of Magnolia Manor is thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy. The first floor features a king-sized bedroom with access to a shared walk-in shower, a laundry center, and convenient access to the pool. The second floor houses four additional bedrooms, including a luxurious King Primary Suite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and private balcony. Two more king bedrooms also enjoy private baths and balconies, while the bunk room features one twin bunk and one queen bunk. The sixth bedroom is on the third floor, complete with a king bed, a walk-in shower, and a private balcony.

The neighborhood itself feels like a page from a coastal postcard—shady streets lined with oaks, the scent of salt in the air, and the distant sound of waves rolling onto shore. This is our first stay in Grayton Beach - and what a delightful little town!

We loved having access to a golf cart and bikes for easy access to the beach and coffee shops. The house is immaculate and a great place to spend the week. The house was very clean and we loved the separate floors that gave us privacy when needed. The balconies were perfect especially with the nice weather. The pool is a perfect size and we used the covered patio many afternoons! Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely house and great amenities

Breath of fresh air

This was our third time to stay here. Trust me, YOU want to stay here! Very peaceful. Beautiful home with plenty of room for a large group. To have a home this lovely with a 90 second walk to the beach… perfection! Walking access to restaurants and shopping. The kids enjoyed the pool and could spread out to have their own space.

Absolutely Perfect

What a beach house! Beautiful rooms and spacious layout. Wonderful views, enough rooms for multiple families and still have privacy. Location is ideal by foot, golf cart, and car to nearby shops and restaurants. Will stay here again!!!!

Perfect Location

We stayed here with our daughter and her friends for their senior trip. It was a perfect house for this set up. The girls had the lower floors and the adults had the top floor. The girls had movie nights, pool and beach days, shopping trips to all the nearby towns on 30A, and got to choose a new restaurant to experience almost every night. The house has bikes, a pool, a gourmet kitchen, and convenient beach access. The golf cart can be used to go to dinner or even get ice cream at Blue Mtn beach creamery. We had a perfect week and the girls had a fabulous senior trip.
