This comfortable elegantly decorated two-bedroom vacation rental can sleep six fortunate beach-going guests. It is located at Mainsail, a popular beachfront family resort tucked away off Scenic Gulf Drive in the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach. This wonderful world of its own spans across 15 acres of lush tropical grounds beside the sugary shoreline. This exclusively gated vacation destination includes two luxurious towers that soar above the bright white beach, offering panoramic views of the jewel-toned Gulf.

You see these tantalizing views when you enter the open living area through a corner window and glass door that leads to a viewing balcony. The views of Mainsail 125 beckon you to go out to the breezy balcony that spans all the way across to the Master Suite, which also has direct access. A handsome set of raised Adirondack chairs invite you to relax with favorite drinks while viewing the sensational seascape. The living area includes a comfortable couch that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa that faces these views and a dark cabinet with a flatscreen TV. A neutral-toned rug, a matching love seat, a plush ottoman, and a lounge chair complete this lovely setting. Decorative art throughout includes prints of beach scenes, sailboats, waterscapes, tropical flowers, and marine life sculptures. A mirrored wall accentuates space in the living area and provides vivid double views. A hardwood country table is flanked by six ladder-backed colonial chairs with woven straw seats beneath a domed sconce chandelier for charmed dining. The open kitchen has honey-toned cabinetry richly accented by marzipan-like granite-topped counters with a bar that has stool seating to enjoy cocktails and appetizers.

The tropically styled Primary Bedroom with an en suite bath includes a king-sized bed decorated by a rich straw woven headboard that sits beside sliding glass balcony doors providing access and gorgeous Gulf views as soon as you awaken. A flatscreen TV sits upon a cream-yellow wicker cabinet, and two accent chairs provide seating. The Guest Bedroom, utilizing a full hall bath, hosts colorful cottage styling with a sunny window, a queen-sized bed adorned with a decorative metal headboard, and a gleaming emerald green armoire housing a TV.

Abundant amenities at Mainsail include two sparkling swimming pools. The main South Pavilion Pool overlooking the glowing Gulf has an expansive palm-studded patio around the large pool and a big bubbling Hot Tub. There is a fun kid's wading pool nearby with a mini waterfall that splashes down upon them. A boardwalk leads across the lush grounds to the wide ribbon of shimmering white beach where guests may enjoy one seasonal setup of complimentary beach service. Cook out stations allow you to enjoy "chilling while grilling" as you prepare your own fun version of Surf n Turf. Mainsail also features a fitness center, four tennis courts, and shuffleboard, all lighted for night play.

This Miramar Beach locale is close to popular beachfront restaurants with friendly bars, grocery stores, wine shops, and bargain shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Wining, dining, and shopping adventures are nearby at the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin, which also hosts concerts along with fun seasonal festivals.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated November through March.

Discounted rates reflect on-site work for the removal of the sports courts beginning April 7. Please note that current listing images may show the courts prior to their removal.

Perfect Getaway
The property was clean and in good shape. It was a great location with a good view of the beach with easy access. Excellent restaurants, activity's and shopping are very nearby.

Beach Delight
The Beach and a set of Complimentary Beach Chairs/Umbrella plus the location make this property a Five Star. Mainsail is an older property (probably 40 years old) so when you first arrive you may think it is dated. However once you spend time on the Beach in those Complimentary Beach Chairs and relax you will be glad you chose this Condo and Mainsail. Once your book, everything is so easy—check in/checkout, and all communications went smooth. The property has two boardwalks to the beach that do not have any steps making it easy for people with disabilities to get to the beach. Mainsail 125 is not fully accessible due to the property’s age but if you have limited mobility you should be fine. Remember Beach and Complimentary Beach Chairs makes this 5 Stars. Wonderful Location

What does the Generali Trip Insurance cover?

Ocean Reef Resorts offers Generali travel cancellation/interruption insurance to every guest. Generali insurance is optional but is strongly recommended. For questions concerning the travel insurance, please call Generali directly at 800-554-9839. The insurance premium is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Where do we find beach chairs umbrellas for our family of 4?

Mainsail 125 includes two chairs and one umbrella provided seasonally March through October. Additional chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service, or you may provide your own. Don't forget the sunscreen!

What kind of coffee pot is in the condo?
