It is located at Mainsail, a popular beachfront family resort tucked away off Scenic Gulf Drive in the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach. This wonderful world of its own spans across 15-acres of lush tropical grounds beside the sugary shoreline. This exclusively gated vacation destination includes two luxurious towers that soar above the bright white beach, offering panoramic views of the jewel-toned Gulf.

You see these tantalizing views when you enter the open living area through a corner window and glass door that leads to a viewing balcony. The views of Mainsail 125 beckon you to go out to the breezy balcony that spans all the way across to the Master Suite, which also has direct access. A handsome set of raised Adirondack chairs invite you to relax with favorite drinks while viewing the sensational seascape. The living area includes a comfortable buttercream colored wraparound couch that faces these views and a dark cabinet with a flatscreen TV. A patterned green Persian rug, a plush ottoman, a lounge chair, and a regal accent chair complete this lovely setting. Decorative art throughout includes vibrant prints of beach scenes, sailboats, waterscapes, tropical flowers, and marine life sculptures. A mirrored wall accentuates space in the living area and provides vivid double views. A hardwood country table is flanked by eight ladder backed colonial chairs with woven straw seats beneath a domed sconce chandelier for charmed dining. The open kitchen has honey-toned cabinetry richly accented by marzipan-like granite-topped counters with a bar that has stool seating to enjoy cocktails and appetizers.

The tropically styled Master Bedroom with an en suite bath includes a king-sized bed decorated by a rich straw woven headboard that sits beside sliding glass balcony doors providing access and gorgeous Gulf views as soon as you awaken. A flatscreen TV sits upon a cream-yellow wicker cabinet, and two accent chairs provide seating. The Guest Bedroom, which has access to a full hall bath, hosts colorful cottage styling with a sunny window, a queen-sized bed adorned with a decorative metal headboard, and a gleaming emerald green armoire housing a TV.  

Abundant amenities at Mainsail include two sparkling swimming pools. The main South Pavilion Pool overlooking the glowing Gulf has an expansive palm-studded patio around the large pool and a big bubbling Hot Tub. There is a fun kid's wading pool nearby with a mini waterfall that splashes down upon them. A boardwalk leads across the lush grounds to the wide ribbon of shimmering white beach where guests may enjoy one seasonal setup of complimentary beach service. Cook out stations allow you to enjoy "chilling while grilling" as you prepare your own fun version of Surf n Turf. Mainsail also features a fitness center, four tennis courts, a basketball, and shuffleboard all lighted for night play.

This Miramar Beach locale is close to popular beachfront restaurants with friendly bars, grocery stores, wine shops, and bargain shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated November through March.
