This two-bedroom beachfront vacation rental was recently refurbished and is currently welcoming guests to the wonderful world of Mainsail. This exclusively gated resort spans 15 acres beside the beautiful beach. There are two sparkling swimming pools at each end of the grounds. The largest of these is at the South Pool Pavilion on the beachside. It has an expansive patio for sunny relaxation, a big bubbling Hot Tub, and a separate Kid's Wading Pool. Grills allow you to have a poolside barbeque. A colorful kid-friendly playground near the wading pool features a mini-waterfall for frolicsome fun. A full fitness center overlooks the main pool area along with four tennis courts and shuffleboard — all lighted for comfortable night play.

Mainsail 154 is a comfortable residence that includes a spacious open room encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas. It faces a corner balcony that provides double views of the jewel-toned gulf. A large creamy white couch along with an accent armchair have simultaneous views of the sensational scenery and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Tasteful vibrant decorative art on the walls provides a fashionable flair. A rectangular dining table with six rail-backed chairs sits beneath a charming multi-sconce shaded chandelier. Nearby, a wide mocha-toned granite-topped bar provides a perfect place to lay out a bountiful buffet, savory seafood appetizers, or favorite drinks. White custom cabinetry is richly accented by a unique mosaic wall in the open kitchen that has everything you need for the creation of culinary delights.

The Master Bedroom has a full bath en suite, a king-size bed with a decorative metal headboard, clear double-orbed crystal base lamps on each side, and glass doors leading out to the beachfront balcony. The bright, crisp, nautically colored Guest Bedroom has a queen-sized bed beside a nice window and has access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

This awesome location places you minutes away from everything Destin's Miramar Beach has to offer. Popular beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, and bargain shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are close by. More restaurants, lively bars, concerts, seasonal festivals, and family amusements are nearby at Sandestin's Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated November through March.
