The Guest Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a sunny window, and a rich honey-toned armoire that contains another TV. It has access to a full hall bath nearby that also serves as a powder room.

Wining, dining, and shopping adventures are nearby at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf along with the swank town center of Sandestin on Grand Boulevard, which also provides open-air concerts and fun festivals.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated November through March.

Parking is currently limited to one vehicle per unit; however, additional parking is available nearby at Silver Sands, with a complimentary on-demand shuttle provided by the HOA for added convenience.
