This chic coastal-styled vacation rental includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and accommodations for six happy beach-going guests. It is located at the beachfront Mainsail resort in Miramar Beach with fantastic amenities, including two sparkling swimming pools.

Mainsail 236 has an open living, dining, and kitchen area that faces sliding glass balcony doors where you may enjoy favorite drinks and glorious gulf vistas. The same views are wonderfully duplicated from within by a mirror that spans the entire wall. A gray couch with blue accent pillows features a distinctively nautical look and transitions into a queen-sized sleeper sofa for added bedding. Two coral-patterned accent chairs provide additional seating. This ensemble has views of the gulf and a flatscreen TV for entertainment. A rustic beach-inspired table near the open kitchen includes four fashionable black metal vintage modern chairs and a wooden bench. Additional seating is provided at the granite-topped bar with three wooden stools that face the open kitchen. The recently remodeled kitchen includes striking black appliances, a vivid backsplash, and plenty of creamy white cabinetry to fulfill all your culinary needs.

The handsome master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a black decorative metal headboard next to sliding glass doors with direct access to the balcony. Rich dark chocolate hardwood furnishings include a dresser with a flatscreen TV for nighttime viewing pleasure and two bedside tables. The private bath includes a mottled granite-topped vanity and a walk-in shower. The charming cottage-style guest bedroom has a sunny window, a queen-sized bed, a flatscreen TV, and access to a full hall bath that doubles as a powder room.

The fantastic amenities at Mainsail include a large swimming pool centered between two buildings near the beach. It is adorned with tropical plantings around an expansive sun patio, a big bubbling hot tub, and a wading pool for children. A colorful playground nearby with a unique mini waterfall invites kids to frolic around in delight as it cascades down upon them. A walkway leads across a lush lawn to the resort's bright shimmering shoreline, which features a complimentary beach service. Besides the beautiful beach and gulf view swimming pool, another pool is available for use across the grounds on the resort's north side. Two grilling stations are provided for fun outdoor barbeques with family and friends. A fitness center overlooks the pool and includes showers and a dressing room. Four tennis courts and shuffleboard are nearby that are lighted at night for cooler play.

This great Miramar Beach location is minutes away from popular gulf front restaurants, friendly bars, grocery stores, and one of the nation's largest discount designer centers, Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Great restaurants with casual bars, specialty shops, galleries, fashion boutiques, fine clothiers, and a movie theater with a VIP dining room are also nearby at the Sandestin town center of Grand Boulevard. The enchanting New Orleans French Quarter-inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf is also at Sandestin. It hosts an abundant array of restaurants, bars with live music, unique family amusements, fun festivals, outdoor concerts, and vivid seasonal firework displays. Not to mention everything nearby Downtown Destin has to offer!

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated November through March.
