It is located on 15 acres of exclusively gated grounds overlooking the jewel-toned waters of Destin's Miramar Beach. In addition to the beautiful beach, abundant amenities include two sparkling swimming pools. Lush, tropically landscaped grounds feature an expansive sun patio adorned with palm trees on the beach side around the large pool. A big bubbling hot tub pampers adults while a wading pool with a mini waterfall is provided for the kids. A walkway leads across the lovely grounds to the shimmering shoreline, which features a complimentary beach service. Another pool is across a lush lawn on the resort's north side. A fitness center overlooks this pool with showers, dressing rooms, and a sauna. There are also four tennis courts, shuffleboard, and grilling stations to enjoy outdoor cookouts.

Mainsail 332 is an upscale rental with a balcony overlooking the tropical grounds and the glittering gulf in the distance. An outdoor dining table invites you to relish the views while enjoying your favorite drinks and savory snacks. Sliding glass doors from the open living area and primary bedroom provide easy access from each. The living room has a stylish coastal look with a blue denim couch beneath an abstract waterscape painting that converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa. Additional seating is provided by a pair of matching connected lounge chairs and a striped accent armchair. They face a large flatscreen TV for entertainment mounted above a unique molasses-toned credenza that displays decorative art. A slate-blue cabinet flanked by round basket sculptures displays additional decorative art beneath a painting depicting a white dune with sea oats. Nearby a rustic country hardwood dining table includes two end chairs and side bench seating. The open kitchen has a sunny window, a bar with dove gray tile siding, a sleek black granite countertop, and three chic contemporary raised chairs for entertainment.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a charcoal-colored cloth headboard beside sliding glass balcony doors. It faces a flatscreen TV for evening entertainment mounted above a white cottage-styled dresser near a patterned armchair. The ensuite bath has a raised white porcelain sink on an ash-toned granite counter and a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom with lovely white cottage furnishings has a king-size bed beneath two colorful tropical prints facing a flatscreen TV. An ensuite bath is also provided with a tiled walk-in shower. The other guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a sunny window, and a flatscreen TV. It utilizes a full hall bath with a tub shower combination.

Miramar Beach is home to popular gulf front restaurants with beach bars, grocery stores, and the renowned Silver Sands Premium Outlets offering bargains on world-class designer goods. Restaurants, specialty shops, fashion boutiques, fine clothiers, and a multiplex movie theater featuring a VIP dining area are minutes away at the swank Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort town center of Grand Boulevard. The nearby enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf, inspired by the original French Quarter of New Orleans, is also at Sandestin on the waterfront. It is home to a nice array of restaurants, bars with live music, unique family amusements, fun year-round festivals, outdoor concerts, and vibrant seasonal firework displays.
