This three bedroom beachfront vacation rental is located at Mainsail, which is an acclaimed flagship resort in the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach. This exclusively gated world spans across 15 acres of tropically embellished grounds directly adjacent to the beautiful beach. Two luxurious towers that soar above the sugary shoreline offering panoramic views of the glowing gulf that extend as far as the eye can see.

Mainsail 362 is a plush condo with comfortable furnishings and is richly decorated in a charming, worldly tropical style. A corner balcony provides direct access as well as sensational sparkling beach views from both the living area and Primary Bedroom Suite. A plush grey couch, a matching loveseat and a blue oval armchair face these views along with a wall mounted TV for entertainment. Nearby a wooden table has six elegant cream-colored wooden chairs around its perimeter. The updated open kitchen has everything you need for creating a fun feast and features a finely grained stone-topped bar with four straw woven topped stools.

There are two Master Bedrooms and each one has a full private en-suite bath. The main Master Bedroom includes a king sized bed, a beautiful balcony, a richly toned hardwood credenza and tropical decorative arts. The other Master Bedroom has a charming queen-sized bed, elegant bed lamps, and a handsome dresser. Another Guest Bedroom has access to a full hall bath and includes two twin beds centered by a table lamp below four tropical prints.

Abundant amenities are available for fortunate guests at Mainsail, including two sparkling swimming pools. The South Pool Pavilion is centered between the two towers across from the beach. It features an expansive palm-studded sun deck, the large pool, a significant bubbling Hot Tub for adults and a kid's wading pool. There is also a colorful kid-friendly playground nearby with a mini waterfall where they can have the fun of allowing it to splash down upon them. A boardwalk takes you across the grounds to the wide ribbon of crystalline white beach that has seasonal complimentary beach service. Another pool is located across an expanse of lush lawn on the north side of the resort. There are two cookout stations so you may enjoy "chilling while grilling" with your family and friends outdoors. Mainsail also has a Fitness center that overlooks the pool, four tennis courts, and shuffleboard all lighted for night play.

You may have a hard time tearing yourself away from this privileged world; however you'll be happy to know it is located close to favorite beachfront restaurants and friendly bars along Scenic Gulf Drive. It is also conveniently close to grocery stores, wine outlets and bargain shopping at one of the nation's largest designer discount centers known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Abundant amusements, a wide array of dining establishments, lively bars, fun festivals, seasonal firework displays, free outdoor concerts and shopping adventures are also minutes away at Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard at Sandestin.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated November through March.
