Located at the exclusively gated Mainsail Resort in Miramar Beach, this Gulf-front two-bedroom vacation condo can accommodate six happy beach-going guests! A split floor plan design gives guests a sense of privacy, with a guest bedroom off the main hallway and the primary bedroom off the living area. Each bedroom has direct access to a full bath, while the guest bath also serves as a convenient powder room.

Mainsail 433 has a stylish open living, dining, and kitchen area with a bright, spacious look. A wide window and sliding glass balcony doors provide natural light and distant Gulf views, while a floor-to-ceiling mirror reflects the light and accentuates the openness. The living room features a dove gray couch, which doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a love seat faces a large flatscreen TV mounted above a lovely blue side cabinet. The breezy balcony nearby has a cushioned outdoor couch, lounge chair, and cocktail table inviting you to enjoy favorite libations while overlooking the tropical scenery. The open kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances to create culinary delights, along with a thick white stone entertainment bar for wining and dining. Four turquoise vintage modern raised chairs on the bar and two additional chairs beside a pedestal dining table provide entertainment space.

The primary bedroom has handsome golden pinewood furnishings with a king size bed, direct balcony access and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The sunny guest bedroom has stately white cottage-styled furnishings with a king-size bed and access to a hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

Mainsail includes fifteen acres of lavished grounds with tropical landscaping beside the jewel-toned gulf. Fortunate guests enjoy abundant amenities, including a beautiful private beach with seasonal complimentary beach chair and umbrella service. Two sparkling swimming pools are onsite, with one centered between the two towers near the sparkling beach. It features an expansive palm-studded sun deck, a large pool, a big bubbling hot tub, and a kid’s wading pool. Gas grills are nearby for poolside cookouts, and a boardwalk takes you across the lush lawn past a lagoon to the wide ribbon of crystal white beach. Another pool is located on the north side of the resort with charcoal grills and a pergola with picnic tables. A fitness center includes showers, dressing areas, and a sauna. Guests may also enjoy four lighted tennis courts and shuffleboard.

This great Miramar Beach locale is close to popular Gulf-front restaurants with friendly bars, grocery stores, and bargains for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Restaurants with casual bars, specialty shops, fashion boutiques, fine clothing stores, and a multiplex movie theater featuring a VIP dining area are minutes away at Grand Boulevard of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Also at Sandestin is the Village of Baytowne Wharf, inspired by the enchanting architecture found in the French Quarter of New Orleans. Baytowne boasts a wide array of restaurants and bars with live music, unique family amusements, fun year-round festivals, outdoor concerts, and vibrant seasonal firework celebrations.
