This coastal retreat offers the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation, comfortably accommodating six beachgoers. Nestled within 15 acres of lush, tropically landscaped grounds, Mainsail Resort is celebrated for its Gulf-front location, breathtaking views, and exceptional amenities, all just steps from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach.

This residence is conveniently situated near the South Pool Pavilion, which is located between the two residential towers and just steps from the beach. The pavilion features an expansive sun patio adorned with palms, a sparkling pool, a bubbling hot tub for adults, and a wading pool for kids. A charming walkway leads directly to the sugary shoreline, where complimentary beach service provides chairs and umbrellas. The resort’s north side hosts an additional pool, complete with grilling stations for fun poolside cookouts. Guests also enjoy access to a fitness center with showers, dressing areas, and a sauna, as well as lighted tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, and an arcade game room.

Inside, the open living, dining, and kitchen area is bathed in natural light thanks to corner windows and sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony. This breezy perch faces southwest, offering captivating views of the Gulf and spectacular sunsets, particularly from autumn through early spring. The balcony features a dining table with four raised chairs, perfect for sipping drinks and enjoying snacks while soaking in the views.

The living area is thoughtfully designed for comfort and style, with a dove-gray sectional sofa, two vibrant marine-themed armchairs, and a chic light blue cocktail table centered around a large flatscreen TV mounted above a modern credenza. A mirrored wall enhances the space, reflecting the natural light and Gulf views. Nearby, the dining area includes a sleek white table with four turquoise vintage-modern chairs and a bench, complemented by a side seating area with two more matching chairs. The kitchen is open and well-equipped, featuring white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a French-door refrigerator, and a granite-topped entertainment bar with three saddle stools for casual dining or drinks.

The primary bedroom offers a serene retreat, furnished with a king-sized bed and white cottage-style decor. Sliding glass doors provide direct balcony access, while a flatscreen TV is mounted above a dresser for entertainment. The ensuite bathroom exudes elegance with a mocha-toned granite vanity, dual sinks, and a large walk-in shower adorned with Travertine marble. The first guest bedroom boasts regal furnishings with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub-shower combination. Beautiful Beachfront Stay at Mainsail
Mainsail is a wonderful property with beautiful beachfront access. Our kids loved the pools. The hot tub was very hot - like 107-108°F Ocean Reef was easy to work with. Unit 472 was as shown in listing photos - nicely updated with ample room for our family of 6. There were a few items in need of maintenance but nothing that interrupted our stay. We would gladly book here again.

The location of condo is fantastic.

I loved that the condo was right off the beach.
It’s wasn’t directly beach front but you can see the beach from the balcony. It was a short walk to get there. Also, the location was close enough to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The unit had everything you needed to cook and enjoy yourself from home.

They have everything you could possibly need in a kitchen! New appliances. Updated bathrooms! Master bedrooom is gorgeous with a comfortable bed and huge bathroom! Partial view of ocean. Decent parking. Right across the street from the outlet mall. Would definitely book again!
