With a uniquely calculated layout, this penthouse level vacation rental offers 3 adult bedrooms, all with private balconies and beach views. The sprawling floor plan makes family gatherings a delight and the roomy guest suites allow everyone to find a space of their own. If additional accommodations are needed, the living room offers a queen-sized sleeper sofa. A twin rollaway bed is also provided for an overnight guest (linens not included).

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.

Wonderful Condo!
Beautiful, spacious condo. Great beach access. Everything was perfect. If I had to list any negatives, it would be that the pool temperature be a bit cooler. That’s all. Everything else was perfect!

Just perfect.
This condo was by far one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Sitting out on the balcony and hearing the waves was just perfect. The pool and hot tub were great too. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Awesome Stay
We have stayed at the Mediterranean for years! We have never stayed in this unit but it was absolutely perfect, especially for the 3 bedrooms and amazing views. We used the balcony probably more than any other area of the condo. Dolphins morning and afternoon, plenty of space for 8 people, including 3 kids. We will stay again!

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available for rent. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone or directly on the sand. See you soon!

Are pets allowed?

We love our fur babies at Ocean Reef Resorts. Unfortunately, the Mediterranea Homeowners Association does not allow guests to bring pets. If you are unable to board your pup - check out these Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals.
