This gracious, hospitable Santa Rosa Beach vacation rental home encompasses three bedrooms as well as a bunk nook and comfortably accommodates up to ten happy beach-going guests.  It has a fantastic location tucked away on the gulf side of South Walton's Scenic 30A in the exclusive gated residential community of Old Florida Beach. It is in a wonderful world of its own but less than a handful of minutes away from popular restaurants, friendly bars, and specialty shops nearby. This charming enclave is near the shimmering sugar white shore and a large community pool that's available for a freshwater plunge. Besides the beautiful beach, you can stroll over to Draper Lake to experience sensational scenery. This precious coastal dune lake is a real treasure since they are found hardly anywhere else on the globe. An estuary connects directly to the gorgeous gulf and creates a magical mix of water as it flows both ways with the tides. It supports abundant wildlife so you may try your luck at fishing there!
 
Morrow Cottage has been remodeled, freshly painted and newly furnished. It has a golden nostalgic Old Florida styling complete with a veranda, covered porches, and a third story observation tower bedroom. The first floor has a spacious Master Bedroom Suite comfortable new furnishings that include a king-sized bed facing an LED TV and has a pale yellow armchair with a matching ottoman for lounging.  There is direct access to a screened in veranda where you may relax and enjoy the gulf breezes. The private en-suite luxury bath has two individual pastel blue cabinet sink vanities classically topped with white Carrera marble, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. A Guest Bedroom on this level has cottage styled attire with a queen sized bed, comfortable side chairs, an LED TV and a private bath with a tub/shower and vanity sink. The adjoining hallway between these two bedrooms includes a built-in bunk nook with two twin beds.

The second floor has a warm, open living area that features towering 10-foot ceilings, crown molding, wainscoting, custom cabinetry, and rich honey-toned hardwood flooring. A comfortable seating ensemble includes a sand color sectional couch that can double as a queen sized sleeper sofa and two accent armchairs that face a wall mounted LED TV above a dormant fireplace mantle. A bar cabinet beside it can be used to serve wine or cocktails conveniently. The newly equipped gourmet kitchen nearby features brand new stainless steel appliances with a Dacor gas range, oven, and an upscale French Cabinet styled refrigerator/freezer. Maple wood cabinetry and a butcher block topped kitchen island with seating is perfect for serving appetizers or a seafood buffet. A creamy white cottage styled dining table nearby provides a charming setting with six seats.

French doors lead out to an outdoor covered porch overlooking a beautiful nature garden. A picnic table and colorful Adirondack chairs allow you to dine and drink al fresco while enjoying seascape views that often feature spectacular sunsets. An elegant spiral staircase leads from the living area to a third-floor sleeping loft tower bedroom with two twin day beds an LCD TV for entertainment.

First Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Patio Access, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Laundry. 

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room.

Third Floor: Loft with Two Twin Beds.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the fall and holiday weeks.

The use of golf carts are prohibited in the Old Florida Beach community.
