This stately four-story Old Florida styled vacation home with lavish furnishings has six bedrooms and can sleep 32 fortunate guests. This hospitable rental provides a perfect place for a stellar beach vacation with a premier location on the palm-lined portion of Scenic Gulf Drive in the prestigious, highly sought after residential enclave of Frangista Beach. This awesome Miramar Beach locale is just a short stroll away from the gated neighborhood beach access and the community pool (Don't worry, you have your own private pool too).

Five bedrooms in Once Upon A Tide feature private ensuite luxury baths, while the other two have easy access to full hall baths that double as convenient powder rooms. Triple levels of furnished columned verandas on two sides of this home provide entertaining space with views of the pool or tropical surroundings while enjoying favorite drinks with snacks. A fourth-floor Observation Tower with another veranda with table seating offers views of the glistening gulf located just a stone's throw away.

The first floor features two of the beautifully furnished Guest Bedrooms with king-sized beds and ensuite baths. Another lovely Guest Bedroom on this level has a queen-sized bed and access to a full hall bath. A Game Room off the swimming pool has a full wall featuring a built-in Wet Bar with a deep sink, a small refrigerator, an icemaker, and a wine cooler. It also has a game table, a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a convenient half bath powder room nearby. A comfortably furnished veranda with a dining table overlooks the pool and an adjoining soaking tub that spills down into the water beside it. The paver tiled patio has plenty of chairs for lounging and a grill for fun poolside cookouts.

The bright, spacious open living area on the second floor opens out onto the front and rear-facing verandas with additional seating. This expansive room features stylish contemporary, comfortable furnishings with two seating areas. Four large white cubicle armchairs provide one gracious ensemble while two cream-colored love seats and a leather accent couch on the other side of the room face a big wall-mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment. A convenient powder room is off the living area. The state of the arts open kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a six-burner gas stove, double dishwashers, and a side by side refrigerator freezer. A bar island has seating for five where drinks and appetizers may be served. This level also has the Master Bedroom with a white tufted headboard, two blue armchairs, and an ensuite bath.

The third floor includes two additional comfortably furnished Guest Bedrooms with king-sized beds and ensuite baths - and a Bunk Room with access to a full hall bath. The Bunk Room is perfect for a kid's slumber party since it has four bunks with eight full-sized beds available to sleep 16! A bonus den with access to a veranda includes two queen-sized sleeper sofas, two velvet surfaced bean bag chairs, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

This great Frangista Beach location is close to beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, liquor wine shops, and bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets, one of the nation's largest designer discount centers. Championship golf and tennis are nearby at Seascape, which offers reduced rates for Ocean Reef Resorts guests. Delightful diversions, restaurants, lively bars, shopping venues, open-air concerts, and fun festivals are minutes away at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as swank Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
