The new 30' x 15' seasonally heat-able private swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious paver stone patio with plenty of chairs available to lounge at your leisure. A gas grill allows you to create your own fun Surf n Turf meal to satisfy your appetite. The main open living area has a charming warm appeal with a light slate couch, love seat, and matching chairs that face the flat screen TV. For additional guests, the couch may double as a queen size sleeper sofa. A glass-topped dining table includes six woven backed chairs with cushions for comfort. Four raised decorative metal café style chairs are nearby on a Breakfast Bar where savory snacks and drinks may also be served. The bright white ample open kitchen has everything you need to create a fun family feast. One of the nice Guest Bedrooms is on the first floor with a cream-colored four posted queen size bed and wicker furnishings. This room has access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room. There is also a full sized Laundry Room available on this floor.

The Primary Bedroom and other Guest Bedroom is upstairs and each one has a full private bath en suite. The Primary Suite includes a king size bed, an extra twin daybed and twin trundle bed, along with a bath featuring twin vanities and a walk-in shower. The handsome Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed with a private balcony that overlooks the pool below.

This remarkable location right off Scenic Gulf Drive is minutes away from popular gulf front restaurants, friendly beach bars, area grocery stores and bargain shopping at Silver Sands, which is the largest designer discount outlet in America. Drinking, dining and delightful diversions are also nearby at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.
