This lovely Santa Rosa Beach vacation home includes three bedrooms with full private ensuite baths and accommodates 10 happy beachgoers. It features an outstanding gulf side location in the exclusively gated Sunrise Beach neighborhood on Scenic 30A. It is only a minute's walk away from the private neighborhood beach access and seconds from its own private swimming pool for a freshwater frolic. Once you arrive on the shore, guests can enjoy two complimentary seasonal beach setups!

When you arrive at Periwinkle, you are immediately embraced by its charming look. It includes a front spindle rail-sided veranda with seating and an upper-level balcony. The navy blue exteriors with creamy white trim and decorative adornment give it a crisp nautical appearance. Once inside, you are impressed by the comfortable open living quarters with honey-toned hardwood flooring and lots of windows for a warm, bright look. The living room includes a cream-colored wraparound couch beneath a vibrant painting of a captivating beach scene. Two royal blue armchairs complete the ensemble around a rectangular butcher block cocktail table. A circular pedestal-based hardwood table near the open kitchen includes six creamy crisscross-backed cottage-style chairs for charmed dining. The kitchen's white custom cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances provide everything needed to create a wonderful family meal. A large island beneath decorative vintage light fixtures is accented by a natural hardwood top flanked by four bright blue chairs for wining and dining. A door leads out back to the swimming pool. This area includes a brick patio with lounge furniture, a grill, and a table for fun poolside dining.

The lower-level Master Bedroom has a relaxed, serene look with a king-sized bed and two light blue cottage-styled bedside tables with lamps. The bed faces a built-in desk that doubles as a lovely dressing table and a large wall-mounted smart TV for nighttime viewing pleasure (live TV not provided). The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower, while a half bath off the living area serves as a convenient powder room.

Each Guest Bedroom on the second floor also includes an ensuite bath. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full bath with a tub shower combination. The other is a fantastic Bunk Room with four full beds, a vaulted cathedral ceiling, and access to a front-facing balcony. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower. Both Guest Bedrooms include smart TVs for evening entertainment (live TV not provided). A third-floor Bonus Loft with a cozy couch has access to a breezy rooftop sun deck.

This outstanding location is within walking distance of Gulf Place, the Santa Rosa Beach village center. It is home to great restaurants, an ice cream parlor with a game arcade, a coffee shop, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, and galleries. A palm-lined outdoor amphitheater in its center provides a perfect place to enjoy musical concerts, colorful art shows, and fun festivals. It is only ten minutes east of Miramar Beach, with grocery stores, wine shops, and world-class bargain shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach also features loads of restaurants, friendly bars with live music, shopping adventures, fun year-round festivals, and seasonal firework celebrations at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and the tropically urbane Grand Boulevard.

This property only allows for 10 guests to stay the night per HOA regulations.

Beach service is typically available March–October. If not provided complimentary, beach service must be purchased to use the private beach. Tents and canopies are not allowed. Personal chairs are permitted only with an umbrella rental.
