It doesn’t get better than this
Stunningly excellent customer service from the property management team that took care of us during our stay. Excellent kitchen if you like to cook. very spacious, living area and kitchen, there is no formal dining table, but good seating around the island. This unit has been updated very nicely with beautiful kitchen countertops plenty of utensils and dishes and pots and pans bathrooms have been updated. Walls have been updated with shiplap. Only a couple of suggestions would need to add chairs to the bedrooms and a few more hooks on the walls for hanging items. I also would recommend updating the porch furniture to composite high chairs. Our absolute favorite detail about this unit is the all glass storm door which allows viewing of lake Powell.

Nice Little Condo
This condo was just as described, maybe more. Updated, nice furnishings, clean. The owners stocked the unit with everything we needed. The balcony furniture could have been updated, higher chairs and tables for better views. We enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return.
