Here you'll find an exotic coastal dune lake with an estuary that connects to the gulf. Such bodies of water are found hardly anywhere else in the world and are a true natural treasure. Tidal action creates a magical composition of salt and freshwater that supports an abundance of wildlife. Besides enjoying the luminescent emerald-hued gulf, you may try your luck fishing or launch a kayak out to explore this lovely lake. This park was named as one of the most beautiful beaches in America by Forbes Magazine.  

Another wonderful option you have here at R and R is to take a plunge out back since this home has a beautiful pool. Bordered by a brick patio the pool features three pergolas with Adirondack chairs for casual living.  Lush landscaping for this private watery oasis includes tropical palm trees and magnolias. It is the perfect place for refreshing relaxation before or after the beach.  Open covered porches look down upon the pool from the Guest Quarters level, the second story main living area and an Observation Balcony off the Master Bedroom Suite on the third floor that also features glistening gulf views.

The pool level includes a living area with a light blue couch and a florally patterned armchair that face a wide TV. An adjacent Wet Bar/Kitchenette allows you to prepare drinks for your poolside enjoyment. Two charming Guest Bedrooms on this level with a king and queen sized bed have access to full baths. The main living area on the second floor is quite expansive and incorporates the family and dining portions that are open to the kitchen. A creamy cushioned couch with a white wicker frame sits below a vibrant abstract painting facing a woven trunk table and a TV encased in a handsome ebony toned custom cabinet. A triple set of glass doors lead out to the pool-view porch. A rectangular hardwood dining table nearby has eight chairs to enjoy your own fun family feast. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of white cabinetry for all your tasty treats.

A lovely Guest Bedroom includes a full bed and has access to full bath. The awesome Master Bedroom on the top floor includes an en-suite luxury bath, a private Observation Balcony and a four poster king size bed.
