This multi-level 30A vacation home with a wraparound deck includes four bedrooms and accommodations for ten beach-loving guests, plus your pup, as it pet-friendly! It has an outstanding lakefront location in Dune Allen Beach, with convenient beach access only minutes away. The driveway crosses a captivating bridge to the home’s enchanting lakefront setting. It overlooks Oyster Lake, a rare coastal dune lake found hardly anywhere else in the world. These lakes have an exotic mix of artisan spring-fed and salted water created by regular tidal action from a tributary that connects to the gulf. It provides an abundant habitat for wildlife, fish, and waterfowl. This gracious home also features a lagoon-shaped 15' x 34’ private swimming pool, a bubbling hot tub, and a spacious sun patio overlooking the lake.

Upon arrival, Rising Tide includes an attractive terracotta-colored paver stone driveway with ample parking. An open staircase leads to an expansive sun deck with views of the glittering gulf. The wraparound deck also faces the lovely lake and provides an excellent entertainment area for drinks and dining. Inside, the open living and dining room include a partially vaulted ceiling and beach-washed vinyl plank flooring. The handsome living area boasts a white leather couch and love seat beside an oval cocktail table facing a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The charming dining area includes a rustic cottage-styled hardwood table and six crisscross-backed chairs providing a beachy look. The kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances and honey-toned custom cabinetry richly accented by streaked brown granite countertops for the household chef.

The bright primary bedroom features contemporary coastal furnishings with a king-size bed that faces a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV for nighttime viewing pleasure. It also has views of the glittering gulf in the distance through French doors flanked by two side windows that lead out to the balcony. The ensuite bath includes a tub-shower combination. Another full hall bath with a tub shower combination is reserved for the other guest quarters and serves as a powder room. Two of these bedrooms have comfortable king-sized beds, while the other is great for the kids with two twin bunk beds. Each bedroom also includes a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for evening entertainment.

This incredible Dune Allen Beach locale is a short drive away from popular restaurants, friendly bars with live music, grocery stores, and exciting shopping adventures. The acclaimed Santa Rosa Beach village center of Gulf Place is only two minutes away. It includes restaurants, casual bars, a coffee shop, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, and galleries. A grassy lawn amphitheater lined with palm trees at its center hosts outdoor concerts, art shows, and fun seasonal festivals. Popular restaurants like Vue on 30A and Stinky’s Fish Camp are also within walking distance. Vue on 30A serves Caribbean-styled seafood with a Gulf Coast flair and has heavenly views of the glowing gulf from its dune top location. Despite its whimsical name, Stinky’s Fish Camp serves fantastic fresh-caught gulf fish, oysters, craft beer, and wine.

Loved Dune Allen
Location is incredible! Great view of the canal and glimpses of the ocean. 2 minute walk to beach! Not far from good eateries if you want to leave the beach house. Quiet and relaxing. Great heated jacuzzi and pool to enjoy the chilly winter evenings. 10/10 recommend for any small family with dogs. Not super ideal for dog to go potty but you can make it work! Will book again.

Great Location and Amenities
This house is such a great location. On 30A, but a quieter area. The walk to the beach was about 4 minutes with a 3 year old and 5 year old. There is a new public access right across the street that makes it very quick and is a great place for the kids to play. Also, not many people use this access so it wasn’t crowded at all. The views are absolutely stunning of the beach across the street and the lake in the back yard. The pool and hot tub was where we spent any time that was not on the beach, it was wonderful for our small kids! The house is very functional and there was space for everyone to relax after playing!

Perfect indoors and out!
We stayed at Rising Tide and had the most wonderful and serene stay! The house is bright and open and feels spacious, and is the perfect place to hang out during the day. The heated pool is amazing and my daughter didn’t want to get out of the pool our whole stay! The views from the pool and hot tub of the lake are incredible, and there is space around the pool area outside for additional privacy and fun. One of the best things is even if beach weather isn’t perfect, the house is peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable and offers privacy and views. Being between the lake and the ocean gives amazing natural views on all sides and adds to a feeling of being away from it all. The large porch area allows you to be outside in comfort at any hour of the day or night. The house had everything we needed, couches and beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms and kitchens were clean and convenient. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. Perfect for families or anyone looking for a getaway for beach fun as well as just relaxing with nature views, any time of the year! We couldn’t be happier with our stay and will be back!

My new favorite !
I stayed at this beautiful home on business this week and was so impressed with the new owner's updates. Granted it's an older home, but the renovations in neutral tones provided a real refresh. This home offers stunning views of the lake from the back and Gulf from the front. The kitchen is spacious with new appliances. Lots of windows allow sunlight as well as views. The house features a pool and hot tub, as well, boasting spectacular sunset views. It's the perfect home to enjoy 30a's beautiful beach while having the bonus of staying in to enjoy the sunset and pool. It is my new favorite spot. I can't wait to bring my family back later this summer. I'll see you soon, Rising Tide !

Great SPACE and FANTASTIC pool
This was such a good find for our family. We stayed around New Years and the heated pool and hot tub was such a plus! We had a private lake and ocean view every morning we woke up. The walk to the beach is a few houses down, minimal time to the public access. Overall a great place for multiple families... we will be back each year.

The nearby West Allen Loop Beach Access is approximately 200 yards to the west, or a 2-3 minute walk, across from Allen Loop Drive on 30A. Don't forget the sunscreen!
