It overlooks Oyster Lake, a rare coastal dune lake found hardly anywhere else in the world. These lakes have an exotic mix of artisan spring-fed and salted water created by regular tidal action from a tributary that connects to the gulf. It provides an abundant habitat for wildlife, fish, and waterfowl. This gracious home also features a lagoon-shaped 15' x 34’ private swimming pool, a bubbling hot tub, and a spacious sun patio overlooking the lake.

The charming dining area includes a rustic cottage-styled hardwood table and six crisscross-backed chairs providing a beachy look. The kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances and honey-toned custom cabinetry richly accented by streaked brown granite countertops for the household chef.

The bright primary bedroom features contemporary coastal furnishings with a king-size bed that faces a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV for nighttime viewing pleasure. It also has views of the glittering gulf in the distance through French doors flanked by two side windows that lead out to the balcony. The ensuite bath includes a tub-shower combination. Another full hall bath with a tub shower combination is reserved for the other guest quarters and serves as a powder room. Two of these bedrooms have comfortable king-sized beds, while the other is great for the kids with two twin bunk beds. Each bedroom also includes a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for evening entertainment.

This incredible Dune Allen Beach locale is a short drive away from popular restaurants, friendly bars with live music, grocery stores, and exciting shopping adventures. The acclaimed Santa Rosa Beach village center of Gulf Place is only two minutes away. It includes restaurants, casual bars, a coffee shop, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, and galleries. A grassy lawn amphitheater lined with palm trees at its center hosts outdoor concerts, art shows, and fun seasonal festivals. Popular restaurants like Vue on 30A and Stinky’s Fish Camp are also within walking distance. Vue on 30A serves Caribbean-styled seafood with a Gulf Coast flair and has heavenly views of the glowing gulf from its dune top location. Despite its whimsical name, Stinky’s Fish Camp serves fantastic fresh-caught gulf fish, oysters, craft beer, and wine.
