Gilligan won't be here, but up to 10 fortunate beach-going guests will have a wonderful, memorable time at this S.S. Minnow!  It has a fantastic location in Santa Rosa Beach south of Scenic 30A in Gulfview Heights. This hospitable vacation home places you just a short four-minute stroll away from the sugary shoreline and emerald green waters of the gleaming gulf. It is also a short walk down the beautiful beach to a rare precious coastal dune lake. Such freshwater lakes are located in very few other spots around the globe and have connected saltwater estuaries that create a magical mixture of water that supports a vast abundance of wildlife. You may want to try your luck at fishing or take a kayak or paddle board out upon this lovely lake to experience the serene beauty. You also have the privilege of taking a plunge in the private pool out front, which can be heated during the cooler times of the year. This lovely lagoon shaped pool measures 26 x 13, so there's plenty of room for watery frolic. This sensational setting is adorned with Live Oaks and towering Palm Trees that provide a terrific tropical ambiance. An open air patio is nearby with ample seating, dining space, and a grill for summertime BBQ's.

S.S. Minnow is an elevated gracious two-story vacation home that has the living, dining area, and up to date kitchen on the first level with parking underneath. A Guest Bedroom with a king sized bed accented by a plush tufted headboard is included on this level and has access to a full hall bath that doubles as a powder room. The open living area has two white colored couches and one armchair providing a seating ensemble around a TV for entertainment. Double windows provide a bright look, and a glass door leads out to a breezy balcony. A rich molasses toned hardwood table has six handsome ebony black colonial styled chairs for dining. Four ebony saddle topped stools nearby sit beside the white quartz crystal topped bar for the enjoyment of favorite drinks and tasty treats. The kitchen has a nautical look with creamy white cabinetry accented by a blend of blue splash tiles stainless steel appliances.

The upstairs Master Bedroom includes an en-suite full bath, a king-sized bed and a private balcony where you may see a glimpse of the glistening gulf across the rooftops. This room also comes equipped with a Pack N Play, so be sure to bring your own sheets if needed. The other Guest Bedroom has a crisp bright look done in blues and white with two cottage styled queen sized beds and twin bunks.

This great South Walton location is within walking distance of a popular restaurant and seafood shop known as Goatfeathers. You may dine in or grab some seafood to create your own fun version of a "Surf n Turf" meal. Gulf Place is less than two minutes away by car and features restaurants, friendly beach bistros, boutiques, galleries, concerts as well as seasonal festivals. You are also just a short drive away from iconic Seaside towards the east and the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin towards the west.
