This lovely three-bedroom vacation home is located in Destiny West, which is one of the most desirable prestigious residential enclaves in all of Destin. The exclusively gated community provides a highly privileged lifestyle for those who are lucky enough to stay here. This stately Mediterranean style home blends seamlessly into the beautiful surroundings. It is just a short stroll away from the crystalline white sand beach. The James Lee Park on the shimmering shore has a wide promenade with multiple beach walkovers. It features a charming Victorian-styled pavilion known as The Crab Trap restaurant, which serves delicious fresh seafood.

Besides the bright beach, Destiny West features a Club House with a fitness center, bathroom facilities, and a large lagoon-shaped swimming pool. This is located steps away from this lovely home, just one house away! Besides the lushly landscaped pool, there is also a hot tub, tennis, and basketball courts.

A columned side veranda overlooking the tropically landscaped yard provides a gracious entrance into Saltwater Sisters. Upon entry, you are embraced by the spacious, comfortably furnished open living area that has white tile flooring and plenty of light from soaring twin atrium windows that flank a dormant fireplace. A unique crescent curved white leather couch, a matching round ottoman, and a dark armchair provide plush comfortable seating facing a wall-mounted TV above a mantle. The home is decorated throughout with colorful local art and artistic sculptures. A dining area has a tropical theme with high backed richly woven straw chairs saddled up to a hardwood country table. The kitchen includes brushed stainless steel appliances, a granite bar, and plenty of cabinetry to suit your needs. The bar has a fashionable Mid Century Vintage Modern look with four gleaming steel topped stools to enjoy drinks and tasty appetizers. Another place to gather for wonderful refreshments is a screened porch that has a table with four chairs and is accessible from both the living area and Master Suite.

The Master Bedroom has a handsome, regal look with upscale chocolate-colored furnishings that include a king-sized bed next to the sliding glass doors leading out to the porch. The en suite luxury bath features a soaking tub, a glass-walled shower, and double vanity sinks. One of the Guest Bedrooms has a queen-sized bed, while the other includes a twin over full bunk. They have the use of a full hall bath, and all bedrooms come with TVs.

Although you may never want to leave Destiny West, it is close to other popular gulf front restaurants, grocery stores, golf or tennis with reduced rates for Ocean Reef guests at nearby Seascape, bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and abundant amusements.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
