With two delightful porches and a quiet neighborhood setting, it’s easy to see why guests return year after year.

Inside, the home feels bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully appointed. The open living area features comfortable seating and a Queen sleeper sofa, with direct patio access that extends the gathering space outdoors. The kitchen is both beautiful and functional, offering granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, rich wood cabinetry, an extra-large French-door refrigerator, and two breakfast bars—ideal for everything from pancake breakfasts to evening appetizers. The adjacent dining area invites lingering meals and easy conversation. Two Queen bedrooms provide restful retreats, including one with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower in its ensuite bath. A hall bath with a tub/shower combination serves guests and the charming bunk room with a Twin bunk bed & a Full bunk bed, making the layout especially accommodating for families. A full laundry room, central air, ceiling fans throughout, and complimentary high-speed WiFi add everyday ease to your stay.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the western community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.

Preserve at Grayton Beach utilizes ample shore to the East of Little Redfish Lake and West of Big Redfish Lake. The beach portion in front of Bannerman Beach and Sanctuary By The Sea is strictly prohibited.

Boats, golf carts, storage trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted.
