This opulent Mediterranean style villa is located in the exclusive world of Destiny, which is a premier prestigious residential beach community. As a part of the Grand Palms enclave, guests here will enjoy full access to the gated Destiny West subdivision and all its amenities - including a large 36x17 lagoon pool, a hot tub, fitness center, basketball, and tennis courts.

Sandcastle Dreams boasts seven bedrooms with multiple beds and the ability to place 22 fortunate guests in the privileged lap of luxury. In addition to the stately main house, a guest house includes its own living space, kitchen, and one of the seven bedrooms as a perfect place for separate groups of vacationing family members. Although it is just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach, you don't even have to go that far for a refreshing dip since a large private pool is just beyond the back door. It has a decidedly regal look with an expansive patio that is adorned with lush landscaping and towering palms. A columned veranda graciously provides access to the patio while a gas grill invites you to have a poolside cookout. Upstairs a classic columned covered balcony off a large game room and upstairs guest quarters overlook the pool along with a lovely lake beyond.

The main level features a great open room that encompasses the living, dining, and kitchen areas. It includes multiple arch-topped windows along with double glass doors facing out toward the furnished pool veranda. Two light blue couches and twin floral patterned accent chairs provide a comfortable seating ensemble facing a wall-mounted TV above a dormant fireplace. A formal dining area for six is decorated with a vintage chandelier while a creamy white breakfast table off the open kitchen seats six more. The handsome kitchen features white custom cabinetry, striking dark mottled granite countertops, an island, a mini sidebar with seating for two, and stainless steel appliances.

The first floor also includes one of the primary bedrooms with a king-sized bed, a private patio that overlooks the pool, along with a full en suite luxury bath. The bathroom featuring double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. A guest bedroom on this same level also has a king-sized bed as well as a bunk with full beds and access to a hall bath that doubles as a powder room.

A spacious game room is located upstairs with Billiards and a card table with four straw woven raised seats to play games. French doors lead out to the covered balcony that overlooks the pool and lake. Another primary bedroom is on this level with a king-sized bed, a luxurious private en suite bath, and a pool balcony. Three nicely appointed guest bedrooms all have king-sized beds, and one has an en suite bath. The other two share a full hall bath, and one has an extra bunk with full beds.

The carriage guest house has an open studio living area with light parchment tiled flooring, a plush wrap around couch, TV, a round glass-topped table with four seats, and a full kitchen with maple cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances. The private bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite bath.

This Destiny location places you close to popular restaurants and friendly beach bars along the gulf. Championship golf and tennis are nearby at Seascape, where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive reduced rates. Grocery stores, bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and amusements at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin are minutes away.

Guest House:

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
