This stately Mediterranean styled vacation home has an outstanding location tucked in a lovely gated community away south of Highway 98 in Destin and conveniently located to everything! As you enter this lushly landscaped neighborhood known as the Dunes of Destin, you cruise down a drive that winds around a long lagoon towards the private beach, and you know you are arriving someplace special. The lagoon has a long pedestrian bridge that crosses over from one side to the other beside two fountains that are gloriously uplighted at night.

Sandprint by the Sea overlooks this marvelous lagoon. It is a three story Destin rental home with four bedrooms that accommodate up to twelve fortunate guests. It takes full advantage of the premier location with an expansive waterfront deck that spans across its width, providing a wonderful place to enjoy favorite drinks while experiencing the heavenly vistas. This home is also a short stroll away from the beautiful beach and a large community pool. The pool is located beside the lagoon with a waterfront patio for sunny relaxation and convenient bathroom facilities.

Guest quarters are located on all three floors, along with three living areas. This provides the perfect space for individual family or friend members to share a fun beach reunion together. The first floor includes a handsome den with patio access, a Wet Bar, a wraparound couch, and a large flatscreen TV for evening entertainment. A Kid's Bunk Room done in crisp nautical colors in whites and blues includes enough bedding to sleep seven. It has access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower that also functions as a powder room off the den.

The bright, opulent second floor features a Great Room with a two-story cathedral ceiling and an open loft seating area with dramatic views down below. The living area portion has a dove gray wraparound couch and two regal blue accent chairs that face a huge flatscreen TV mounted above a dormant fireplace mantle. A columned portal leads into a dining room with a long dark hardwood rectangular table with eight contemporarily styled chairs with white cushions that sit beneath a striking rectangular crystal light fixture. The open kitchen nearby features state of the arts brushed stainless steel appliances and a white marble-topped bar with four raised seats for drinks or dining. A powder room is conveniently located off the living area.

The Master Bedroom on this level provides an upscale contemporary setting with a king-sized bed, a large flatscreen TV on a white credenza, and a lavish ensuite bath. The luxurious bathroom features a unique chic look adorned with a masterful mix of black and white marble, a dark ebony granite topped double vanity, a soaking tub as well as a glass-walled step-in shower.

The two other Guest Bedrooms on the top level are at each end of the loft seating area that includes another Wet Bar. One of these beautifully appointed bedrooms includes a sized queen bed next to glass doors that leads out to its own private classically styled front veranda and has a luxurious ensuite bath. The other Guest Bedroom also includes an ensuite bath and has two queen-sized beds with the ability to sleep four comfortably.

This fantastic Downtown Destin locale places guests very close to restaurants, grocery stores, wine outlets, and many shopping venues. HarborWalk Village is minutes away with lots of restaurants, bars with live music, fun festivals, open-air concerts, vivid seasonal fireworks, boat rentals, sunset dinner cruises, and dolphin sightseeing excursions.

First Floor: Garage, Den with Wet Bar and Patio Access, Bunk Room with Two Queen/Full Bunks and Twin Bed, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub, Powder Room.

Third Floor: Loft with Seating and Wet Bar, Queen Bedroom with Walk-In Shower, Bedroom with Two Queen Beds and Walk-In Shower + Balcony Access.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, tarps, shading screens, clip on umbrellas, flags, etc. are not allowed. Exceptions: Medical exceptions and infant shades no higher than 36”.

I just loved absolutely EVERYTHING about Sandprint and OceanReefResorts!!!!

Upon arriving at the property, the lovely home was even more breathtaking in person. Clean, modern and easy to use for everyone, the bedrooms, living room, bathrooms, windows, patios , tvs, and kitchen utensils were sanitary, plentiful and worked properly. Getting in touch with the main office was hassle-free and the staff put me at ease. We enjoyed easy access to the beach, grocery stores, shops and movie theaters with great ease. We especially enjoyed the secure location and operable car garage. I hope that the elevator is available next year, because my older relatives want to stay with us next year! I enjoyed EVERYTHING about the property. I felt like royalty at Sandprint. The open concept, the balcony, the high ceilings and enough space for ALL. It was beautiful, luxurious and clean. I especially enjoyed the location and easy to find for UBEREATS. I am a techie, so I thoroughly enjoyed the check-out process online. Check-Out process was fast, easy and reliable. I'd love to return Thanksgiving Holiday 2026!

We love the “turtle house”

Our family has affectionately nicknamed this house the “turtle house.” This was our second stay at this property and our 4th booking with Ocean Reef. The house is so well equipped for families and groups to enjoy. Super easy walk to beach and the pool in the community is never busy. We love watching and feeding the turtles and ducks off the balconies. We even saw a heron this year. Love making memories here.

Sandprint By the Sea is less than a 2-minute walk to the beach with no major road to cross to get to the beach. A very easy walk for the whole family!
