Up the exterior stairs, you’re greeted by a cheerful blue façade and a front porch that says, “You’ve arrived.” Inside, the open living, dining, and kitchen area instantly stuns with a wall of windows that frame panoramic Gulf views. Kick back on comfy sofas or gather around the dining table for sunset dinners with a front-row seat to the surf. The large deck spans the entire back of the home, complete with Adirondack chairs, a grill, and an umbrella-shaded table—perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or anything in between.

Great Place
We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and very nice. It provided many amenities. The deck was a great place to sit and watch the ocean when we were not on the beach. The location of the house was very close to many restaurants. We would stay here again.

Perfect place!
This is the perfect place! We loved everything about it! We stayed here for 6 nights and highly recommend it. The house was easy to find and conveniently located to restaurants, grocery and shopping. The house was very clean and has all the amenities you would need. The view of the gulf from the living/dining/kitchen is beautiful! We also spent a lot of time on the back porch watching the sunrise/sunset and even saw a few dolphins. Communication with the host was easy and we were able to check in a little early. We will definitely stay here again!

Front row seat to paradise!
Sandy Dunes is exactly as advertised- clean, neat, and steps away from digging your toes in the sand at the water's edge! We spent more time on the porch watching dolphins and sunsets than we did inside! Sarah is very responsive to any questions or issues you might have. You're a 5 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. We live in Walton County, but treat ourselves on our anniversary. We would stay here again!

Awesome beach house
We had such an amazing time at this beach house! The property was very clean and beautiful. The Beach was not crowded what so ever which I really liked. The house is near a lot of stores so no need to drive far out. I will be definitely booking again the next time we vaca in florida.

Perfect getaway
Perfect location! The back porch looking over the ocean is incredible. You can just sit on the porch for hours or go dip your feet in the sand or ocean. Quiet and relaxing yet very close to where all the action is. Will be coming back next year for sure.

Live the Beach Life
This property has been family owned for over 50+ years! They are giving you a glimpse of that beach life and it was nothing short of amazing!!!! We spent days jumping waves in the water, playing catch in the sand, walking the beach, listening to the waves, and enjoying a quiet vacation in the Florida sun. The house is in a quiet area and the beach didn't feel packed like the resort areas. The house is cozy and has everything you need to just be there. It was nice to be able to walk to the grocery store too. The military jets and helicopter flyovers was an added bonus for us too. An absolute must is Bruster's Ice Cream a few miles from the house. The host is very responsive and helpful with suggestions. We will definitely be heading back to Sandy Dunes.
