Seagrove Dunes 2 is a beachfront vacation rental that is perched high upon a sugary dune overlooking the jewel-toned glittering waters of the Gulf of Mexico with views that span far out into the southern horizon. It is located in Seagrove Beach, which was the original South Walton residential community. The central location places you in the heart of this beautiful world, yet the relatively secluded cul de sac position provides a lovely sense of serenity.

This "beach home away from home" is decorated in a fashionable Mid Century Modern Vintage style, which blends comfort with chic. The ambiance is white and bright with an open living area that features a large window and sliding glass balcony doors that frame the sparkling seascape. You may enjoy these views from within or go out to the beachfront balcony to sip your favorite tropical drinks while enjoying the watery panorama and listening to the soothing surf sounds down below. A staircase leads down to the beautiful beach from a covered parking area that has a porch swing where you may enjoy the gulf breeze and a shower to rinse off the sand. A creamy wrap around couch, which can convert into a queen sized sleeper sofa if need be, comes with a matching ottoman that faces these views, as well as a large wall, mounted TV for entertainment. The other side of this expansive room has a large dark oval topped table with eight sleek vintage modern chairs with blonde toned wood on metal frames for dining. A large wall hanging is provided as part of the décor with an abstract tiled pattern that has every color of the rainbow. The open kitchen has mottled granite tops with a bar that comes with four unique stools where you may enjoy savory snacks while dinner is being prepared on those evenings when you decide to dine in. A window over the sink and a single glass balcony door beside it provide light and views.

The Master Bedroom has a full en-suite bath, a king-sized bed, a wall of floor to ceiling cabinetry with shelving and sliding glass doors leading out to a private balcony. You may awaken each morning while viewing the gorgeous gulf while still in bed. At night the surf sounds may lull you to sleep. The Guest Bedroom which is decorated with vibrant Pop Art abstract prints also features an en-suite bath and has a king bed, a TV, and an intimate balcony. A half bath serves as a convenient powder room off the living area.

This excellent Scenic 30A location is very close to many exceptional restaurants and friendly bars, some of which are within walking distance. You are also close to Seaside and other wonderful picturesque coastal villages that have their own assortment of restaurants, bars, specialty shops and sensational seasonal festivals for fun.
