It is a short four-to-five-minute stroll from the shimmering crystal white beach beside the glittering jewel-toned gulf waters of Seagrove Beach.

Seagrove Highlands 2307 features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with double glass doors leading out to a screened-in porch where you may enjoy the scenery while enjoying tasty appetizers and delicious drinks. Four chairs, a bench adorned with colorful pillows, and side tables are provided for alfresco entertainment. The living room has a couch that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, along with two stylish armchairs and a round hardwood-topped elliptically framed cocktail table. They face a large flatscreen TV mounted above a regal white side table for entertainment. This residence is wonderfully adorned with decorative art, vases, sea life sculptures, abstract seascape paintings, a stylish mirror, and beach-inspired accents. The open kitchen has a dining nook with a round table flanked by four sleek high-backed chairs, while two raised seats sit beside a malt-tone granite-topped entertainment bar. White custom cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances provide everything needed for fun culinary delights.

The primary bedroom has a sunny window, a king-size bed, a tropical straw woven cushioned armchair, and a flatscreen TV above a majestically styled antique dresser. It features a luxury ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. A guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a charming decorative metal headboard facing a wall-hung flatscreen TV above a white-washed dresser. It utilizes a hall bath with a tub-shower combination shared with an angled bunk room featuring two full/twin-size bunk beds.

Seagrove Highlands borders a forested lagoon with lush green Loblolly Pine trees beside the pristine water adorned with lily pads. A long, curvy swimming pool sits beside the lagoon, and a lush lawn overlooks this serene forested setting where you may see a Great Blue Heron or Snowy White Egret foraging for fish. A gazebo-styled building with convenient restroom facilities connects the pool patio to a dock that juts out into the water, where guests can try their own luck at fishing.

This laid-back Seagrove Beach locale is in the heart of the idyllic world of Scenic 30A. It is close to wonderful locally owned restaurants, some of which include Café 30A for gourmet seafood and martini specials, Angelina’s for delicious home-style Italian meals and pizza, Mi Casita for tasty Mexican fare, and the Perfect Pig Grill & Fish House, which offers a savory collection of all kinds. Picturesque coastal villages like iconic Seaside and enchanting Dutch Colonial-styled Rosemary Beach are just minutes away by car in each direction. Both provide a fun place to explore and have a wide array of restaurants, friendly beach bars, fashion boutiques, unique specialty shops, and art galleries. They also host outdoor concerts, family lawn events, fun year-round festivals, and seasonal firework celebrations.

This Condo only allows for 8 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

See you next year!
This was our first time staying at the Seagrove Highlands and we loved it! Our unit was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed to make meals when we chose to eat in. Our teenage girls loved the bunk room! The en-suite bath in the master was a great size! We could have had Grandma and Grandpa join us and we still would have had plenty of room. The golf cart was a huge bonus too! We will definitely be back to this specific unit! Thank you so much!
