This fabulous, comfortably furnished villa has four bedrooms and more than ample bedding to accommodate eight fortunate beach-going guests.  It is located a short stroll away from a private beach in the exclusively gated residential enclave known as Caribe. This wonderful privileged world of its own is surprisingly close to dining, shopping, and amusements in the heart of Miramar Beach.

As soon as you see the classic Mediterranean exterior of this two-story home, you will feel like "you have arrived!" A walled yard graced by palms, flowering crepe myrtles, and a magnolia tree provide a wonderful tropical setting. A columned veranda overlooks these grounds along with a matching one above, inviting you to experience gracious living with upscale outdoor furnishings provided to enjoy the fun wining and dining al fresco.

The comfortably furnished interiors of Shore Beach Working make you feel right at home. Mottled parchment colored tile flooring flows throughout while soaring ceilings provide a spacious look. Regal arched portal openings topped with decorative sconce ledges lead from one large open area into another. They include a tropically inspired dining area featuring a long rustic table beneath a vintage sconce chandelier with seating for ten off the open Gourmet Kitchen with a granite-topped bar with saddle stool seating. This kitchen has a warm, charming look with European styled country cabinetry topped with crown molding, glass-front cases, and stainless steel appliances. The living area nearby has two couches and matching armchairs draped with sky-blue safari-style slipcovers. They provide a casual, comfortable seating ensemble around a thick hardwood plank drink table and face a flatscreen TV mounted above a dormant fireplace mantle. Throughout this home, Vibrant décor features colorful paintings of tropical scenes, whimsical beach art, and sculpture work.

The regal Master Bedroom is on the first floor with a king-sized bed, a scrolled antique bed bench, a charming bluish-gray colored armoire, an armchair with an ottoman, access to its own private patio, and a full en suite bath. This luxurious bath has double vanities with a striking mottled granite countertop, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The three beautifully furnished Guest Bedrooms are upstairs. One is like another Master Suite with a queen-sized bed, a custom built-in desk with shelving, private access to the upper floor veranda, and a full en suite bath. The two other Guest Bedrooms share a connected full bath with a queen-sized bed in one and four twin beds in the other, which are perfect for a slumber party.

The Caribe neighborhood features two lavishly landscaped swimming pools with bathroom facilities, tennis courts, a pier that juts out into a lovely lagoon, and a bright, beautiful beach. Its fantastic location places you close to popular gulf front restaurants, grocery stores,  wine shops, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which features bargains on world class goods. Championship golf courses are nearby, and one of them at Seascape provides special reduced rates for Ocean Reef guests. Delightful amusements just minutes away include the enchanting New Orleans French Quarter inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf and swank Grand Boulevard at Sandestin. They feature fun festivals year-round, firework celebrations, open-air concerts, lots of restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops, fashion boutiques, and galleries.

Second Floor: Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom, Jack-and-Jill Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Bedroom with Four Twin Beds.

*This home only allows for eight people of all ages to stay the night and only permits weekly reservations per community association regulations.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.
