A sparkling community pool allows you to enjoy a freshwater dip before or after the beach. This exclusive little neighborhood is also nestled beside the shores of Draper Lake. These types of precious coastal dune lakes are scarce and found in very few other places in the world. Their magical mixture of salt and freshwater supports a vast abundance of wildlife. A dock is provided where you may try your luck at fishing, take a swim or paddle out onto the serene waters to enjoy the beauty of nature. Depending upon the tide, you'll also enjoy strolling down the sugary beach to where its estuary flows in or out from the Gulf.

As soon as you see Shore-E-Nuff you'll be captivated by its charming setting with palm trees, a wide front porch, an upper railed balcony, and a white picket fence. The open interiors are filled with comfortable furnishings highlighted with vivid decorative art that include schools of colorful fish and a festive Floridian flair. A large Swordfish hangs above the mantle in the open living area that includes an entire wall of floor to ceiling French windows facing the gulf with individual glass atriums above. Richly woven wicker backed cushioned furnishings provide a charm while a long creamy white dining table seat up to ten for family meals. The open kitchen has four raised seats beside a granite-topped bar where drinks and appetizers may be served.  The contemporary kitchen with stainless steel appliances allows you to create a fun family feast and a Keurig Coffee machine is ready to deliver freshly brewed joe in the morning. You will find yourself wanting to spend most of your time out on the expansive porch that spans across the back of the living area overlooking the sensational seascape. A nice sitting area and a table for six enables you to enjoy drinking and dining al fresco. A convenient grill deck patio down below includes a round umbrella table beside the beach walkover.

One of the beautifully appointed Master Bedrooms is downstairs with a king sized bed and an en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower and soaking tub for relaxation. It also has direct access to the screened-in patio with seating. Another full hall bath serves as a powder room. All of the bedrooms are comfortably furnished and distinctively styled with cheerful vibrant colors. Three additional bedrooms are upstairs, which also have a sitting area and more bunks. One Guest Bedroom with a queen bunk has access to the front balcony while the other with a king bed looks out to the beachfront balcony and they share a full hall bath. Another regally attired Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, a row of windows facing the gulf, a beachfront balcony, and en-suite bathroom.

This impressive Santa Rosa Beach location is close to many popular destinations like South Walton's Gulf Place which features restaurants, bistros, galleries, concerts and seasonal festivals.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the fall and holiday weeks.

The use of golf carts are prohibited in the Old Florida Beach community.
