This beachfront vacation rental is handsomely furnished and has two bedrooms, accommodating seven lucky beachgoers. It is located in one of the twin luxury beachfront towers at the Splash Resort in Panama City Beach, which is aptly named since water is the star of the show! Besides the shimmering white crystalline shoreline beside the emerald-hued Gulf, it also features an extensive water park.

The impressive living area of Splash 1202E has a wall of sliding glass doors that frame the sparkling scenery, and lead out to a furnished balcony where you have upfront box seat views. A pale blue couch providing a coastal flair sits beneath two large art prints of palm trees. It is centered between two comfortable accent chairs. A glass-topped oval cocktail table completes this plush seating ensemble that faces a flatscreen TV on a glass front cabinet for entertainment. Decorative art throughout this condo residence includes seascape prints, a giant whimsical smiling sun wall hanging, colorful tropical fish, pictures of seashells, and colorful beach art. The dining area has an elegant tropical look with a dark hardwood table beside a wall adorned with a huge decorative metal starburst pattern. Two cushioned sway backed chairs and a bench provide ample seating. The open kitchen features dark stainless steel appliances and milk chocolate colored cabinetry richly accented by mottled granite-topped counters.

The Master Bedroom has an upscale look with handsome furnishings, a king-sized bed, sliding glass doors for direct beachfront balcony access, and a luxurious bath with granite-topped double vanities plus a tub shower combination. The lovely Guest Bedroom features a full and twin bed, colorful tropical fish wall sculpture, and a vibrant painting of the beach. It has access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

The awesome watery playground at Splash encourages frivolity and fun frolic for kids of all ages, along with the young at heart. It is highlighted by a "Lazy River" that meanders out beside the beach and multiple play pools, slides, tubes, and tunnels. Kids marvel at pool toys that include water cannons, a Little Tot's Splash Pad, spurting geysers, a big mushroom with a cascading waterfall, and a gigantic bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water into the pool below.  An adult pool nearby allows parents to watch the kids have fun while taking some time out for themselves, relaxing with tropical drinks and tasty treats from a Tiki bar. A simmering Hot Tub nearby also provides soothing relaxation. Splash provides the best of all worlds since you may enjoy delightful pool time and minutes later be luxuriating in the jewel-toned Gulf's glittering waters. Other delightful diversions include an Arcade Room with lots of fun, exciting games, and a Fitness Center with a wall of windows that overlook the bright white beach.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, all community pools are seasonally heated excluding the splash pad.

Onsite parking is $40 per vehicle. Parking for two vehicles only.
