The unit's premier location at the stellar Sterling Shores Destin resort embraces a tropical paradise with heavenly views of a lovely oasis from a balcony off the living area. The sensational scenery is filled dotted with towering palm trees, lush lawns, and tropical plants. You see these views as soon as you enter the beautifully furnished open living area, and it is also in full view from the Master Bedroom Suite! The lushly landscaped resort grounds are forested with clusters of palms scattered around a large lovely lagoon-shaped swimming pool, which warmly welcome you to a slice of heaven. An expansive patio features abundant space for sunny relaxation, while a Tiki Bar & Grill provides delicious sandwiches, seafood baskets, savory snacks, and craft cocktails poolside. A waterfall cascades down from a large mushroom sculpture in the pool's center to the delight of children and the young at heart.  An additional Gulf-front seasonally heated swimming pool sits beside the beautiful beach, allowing guests to go from one pool to another and then plunge into the jeweled gulf in no time at all. There is also a fitness center for workouts and a large Media Room theater on-site available for entertainment.

The comfortably appointed living area of Sterling Shores 207 has a light, bright ambiance with creamy white furnishings that are richly accented by gleaming molasses toned hardwood tile flooring. A white seating ensemble with a couch flanked by two sleek armchairs sits beside a beautiful wall print of the sparkling seascape and faces a regal decorative cabinet mounted with a large flatscreen TV. The wall of sliding glass doors nearby leads to a table seating area on the balcony where you may enjoy the gorgeous seascape first hand. A pedestal based dining table near a stately white framed mirror includes six cream cushioned chairs beautifully adorned with dark hardwood backs that feature an intricate design pattern. The ample open kitchen has three dark saddle topped stools beside a mottled granite-topped bar facing a decorative wall with custom-made art ensuring you feel right at home!

The Primary Bedroom has a king-sized bed next to a window highlighting the sensational outdoor scenery, elegant cream-colored furnishings, and a flatscreen TV. The ensuite luxury bath has double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The beautifully appointed Guest Bedroom with a queen bunk has access to a full hall bath, which also serves as a powder room.

This privileged Destin location is close to grocery stores, wine outlets, and popular restaurants. Some dining establishments are within walking distance, like The Back Porch Restaurant, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, and Bubba Gump's. HarborWalk Village is minutes away with lots of dockside restaurants, friendly bars, fun festivals, open-air concerts, and vivid seasonal firework displays. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special discounts on fishing charters, pontoon boat rentals, a treasure hunt adventure with a pirate crew, dolphin excursions, and romantic sunset dinner cruises.

*Sterling Shores is a smoke free environment with smoking prohibited in all common areas, as well as balconies, pool areas, and the private beach.

At the discretion of the HOA, the beachfront community pool is typically heated for all winter months.

Discounted rates have been applied to reflect an on-site roofing project beginning in May with an expected completion in July.

Loved our stay
This was a beautiful place to stay! Conveniently located and lots to do in the area. The condo had everything we needed except patio furniture to sit on outside to enjoy the beautiful view! We especially loved being able to walk to the ocean or enjoy the pool! We would highly recommend ocean reef!

Perfect for family
A really beautiful condo in a perfect location! The space was perfect for us (2 adults + 3 kids under age 10). It was comfortable and clean, steps from the pool, with easy access to the elevator and stairs. The beach is a quick, 1-2 minute walk across the street, and you can reserve beach chairs and an umbrella at a daily rate for your stay. The complex is clean and well-maintained, with two pools (one by the condos, one beach-side) and a private beach. The condo has all the amenities you need in terms of 2 full bathrooms, a lovely balcony, washer/dryer, and kitchen.

Beautiful!
This condo was beautiful and spacious. The furniture was all very comfortable and has plenty of seating. It does have a washer and dryer as well as a hair dryer, which I was unsure of prior to arrival. It’s on the second floor so there is only one flight of stairs. There are 2 elevators but they can take a while to get on. I loved the proximity to the pool area. The beach was a short walk and the ocean can be seen from the balcony. Overall, this has been the best condo we have stayed at this far.

Sterling Shores provides exclusive deeded private beach access conveniently located just across the street. The beach is a mere two-minute stroll away and is adjacent to the incredible Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House!
