This makes it a prime destination for memorable family beach reunions, celebrations, special birthdays, hallmark anniversaries, church retreats, and corporate events. There are 8 professionally decorated bedrooms each of which comes with its own private luxury bath en suite. There are a total of 5,600 square feet of space for entertainment with 4,500 inside along with an extra 1,100 square feet that encompass covered porches.

This home's awesome location is Gulf side of 30A within easy walking distance of the glittering jewel-toned gulf. However, you are just steps away from taking a refreshing plunge in the large private pool out back. You'll want to spend a lot of time here since 12 comfortable custom-made chairs for leisurely lounging surround it. A spillover tub flows down into the sparkling pool beside it. A gas grill lets you to create your own "Surf n Turf" meal and tables seat up to 10 for enjoyable outdoor dining. This private setting is accented with palm trees and potted plants providing a wonderful tropical look. After your swim you may take a short stroll over to one of the popular restaurants nearby. You can also pedal your way there since this home comes with 4 adult bikes. The local Scenic 30A Bike Trail goes for miles providing a fun and adventurous tour of picturesque coastal dune lakes and villages.

Still Water's interiors are a rich blend of classic, coastal furnishings designed for comfort, modern amenities for entertainment, and an upscale and vibrant décor worthy of being featured in the latest issue of Southern Living Magazine. The main open living area has two wraparound leather couches that face a 60" Samsung Smart TV with a Blu-Ray Player and a wireless Sound Bar for entertainment. This adjoins a spacious dining area with two oversized wooden tables that can seat 20 or more adults. Five more may be seated nearby in the open gourmet Kitchen that features two sets of stainless steel appliances as well as a large island that is topped with granite streaked in a rich blend of mochas, creams and chocolate. You'll have everything you need to create a fantastic feast for your appreciative group.

One of the beautifully decorated king Guest Suites is on the main level with four more on the second floor—two of these also have built-in twin bunks for little ones who want to be nearby—each of which has access to its own balcony or porch featuring tables and swinging porch bed. Two of these areas overlook the lighted pool below. The top floor provides a fun getaway for the young or young at heart and joins another covered porch with a double hammock that is perfect for enjoying the Gulf breezes. It features a huge Media Game Room with two 60" Samsung TVs, one of which can be used for X Box. There are also Air Hockey, Foosball and a large table for card games. Three more wonderful Guest Suites on this level include the 6th king bedroom and two Bunk Rooms.
