This Destin vacation rental home has fresh vibrant appointments with comfortable upscale furnishings, beautiful decorative arts and state of the art amenities that include flat screen TVs in almost every room. The first floor hosts an open area incorporating the living, dining and kitchen areas. A wraparound couch faces a wall mounted TV for entertainment. The dining room is beside a window overlooking the pool with seating for eight. The modern kitchen has a sleek white bar with four matching raised seats where savory seafood and drinks may be served. This kitchen features stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to create a fun family feast. One of the four lovely bedrooms is on the first floor and has a queen size bed with access to a full hall bath that doubles as an elegant powder room.

The spacious Master Bedroom upstairs has a luxurious bath en suite with duel vanities encased in European styled customized cabinetry, a large tub and a separate glassed in shower. This suite has a large king size bed and a gorgeous tray ceiling which gives it a regal look. An intimate romantic balcony looks down upon the pool below. Another comfortable tastefully decorated Guest Bedroom is right down the hall with a queen-size bed. This shares a full bathroom with a great Bunk Room for the kids that includes a pair of colorful full/twin bunks. All in this entire home can sleep up to 12 happy surfers!

This Miramar Beach location is close to popular beachfront restaurants on Scenic Gulf Drive and championship golf or tennis at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special rates. Grocery stores, wine outlets and discount shopping at the famed Silver Sands are also conveniently close. Also near by, charming Baytowne Wharf and Grande Boulevard at nearby Sandestin have boutiques, bars, restaurants, seasonal festivals and free concerts for family fun.
