With an abundance of windows and expansive balconies, this vacation rental boasts remarkably stunning views of the beach and its neighboring translucent emerald green waters. This property's modern tropical decor ensures guests enjoy a sense of being on vacation in every manner. The condo layout consists of a living room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and formal dining area which separates the two bedrooms ensuring privacy. An entire wall of the condo is covered by windows and balconies which are accessible from every room. Large pearl colored tiles are present throughout making clean up after a fun day at the beach a breeze.

The primary bedroom at Surfside 1407 includes a plush king size bed with a flat screen television and an adjoining full bathroom decorated beautifully with mosaic tiles. The second bedroom is complete with two full size beds, a flat screen television, and a full bathroom in close proximity. A fully stocked kitchen makes all guests feel at home. Right off the kitchen is a comfy breakfast nook where you can simultaneously enjoy a meal while having a fine view of the beach. The formal dining area leaves you with the option of enjoying a family feast together. The spacious living room area which includes a sleeper sofa, comfortable chairs, and a flat screen television is a great place to wind down and reminisce on your daily adventures.

At Surfside 1407 you'll enjoy access to a large pool overlooking the Gulf, a kiddy pool, a pair of hot tubs, a sport court, and a fitness center. There is no need to worry about crossing the road to get to the beach, Surfside has its very own sky bridge enabling beachgoers to get from the pool deck to the sandy beach in few short steps. Walkers, runners and bicyclists will be pleased to find a paved bike path running alongside the beach. Also within walking distance are a variety of local restaurants such as Ricks Crab Trap located within Surfside and a local's favorite restaurant, Whales Tale, located directly on the beach across the street. If you want to take a break from all this fun in the sun, you will enjoy shopping at Silver Sands or playing a discounted round of golf at Seascape, one of Destin's best beach-side golf courses.

Fun at Surfside

This had everything we need for two adults and two teenagers. Utility closet doors need fixed but did not impact our stay at all. Beautiful view and spacious. Very short walk to beach. We would rebook. Note from wife- unit did not have hairdryer. We really enjoyed the balcony.

Can we use our own canopy at the beach?

Answer:

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach at the Surfside Resort beach access. However, tents and canopies are permitted on a small portion of the public beach to the west, but must be set up behind the beach service.

Are beach chairs/umbrella included?

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available for rent. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand. Sea you soon!
