This cheerful two-bedroom beach view vacation rental provides superb accommodations for up to six beachgoers in a luxe high rise tower that is indeed surfside! If you have ever traveled down Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin's Miramar Beach, you have probably seen this stellar piece of architecture.  It overlooks the dazzling jewel-toned waters of the Gulf, and the crisp contemporary nautical design includes big portholes in every unit on all floors.

Surfside is as close to an all-inclusive resort you can get in Northwest Florida. So once you arrive, you never have to leave, nor do you have a desire to do so! Direct private beach access via a pedestrian bridge provides a scenic walkway over to the splendid sugar-white beach. It is connected to an expansive sun deck overlooking the Gulf with a swimming pool for refreshment, a kid's wading pool for safe fun, two simmering hot tubs for relaxation, and grills with picnic tables for the enjoyment of a family cookouts. A Tiki Hut Bar and the Royal Palm Grill restaurant is beside the pool deck, which provides gorgeous gulf views while dining or enjoying favorite tropical drinks. You may also take a short stroll down the beautiful beach to "The Whale's Tail," which is a popular beachy laid back restaurant and bar which usually has a "come one - come all" volleyball game going on. The Surfside Resort also offers tennis, basketball courts, shuffleboard, a spa, beauty salon, beachside bonfires, and a fitness facility. Ocean Reef guests receive discounted rates for abundant recreational activities at the beach for kayaking, wave running, paddle boarding, and parasailing. Surfside 803 is a colorful vacation residence that has premium placement with a spacious wrap-around balcony that has southeasterly views of the glittering Gulf as well as the pool below. Direct balcony access is available from the open living area, the Master Suite and Guest Bedroom. The broad wall of sliding glass doors also provides a glittering Gulf view from within. The spacious living area has vibrant attire, which includes a colorful abstract rug that matches a painting above a pale blue couch that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa. It is flanked by two dark blue lounge chairs, and they all view the Gulf as well as a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV that sits above a flamingo pink glass front credenza. A charming table nearby has six white intricately carved decorative chairs for gulf view dining. The state of the art kitchen has brushed stainless steel appliances, light custom cabinetry richly accented by marzipan colored tile countertops, and its own breakfast table with four chairs allowing you to plan your day over coffee while looking out onto the Gulf.  

The Master Bedroom has an en suite bath, a chaise lounge beside the balcony doors, and a king-sized bed with a colorful floral patterned spread. The Guest Bedroom has a brightly attired queen-sized bed beside the balcony and has the use of a full hall bath.  

This great Miramar Beach location is near grocery stores, wine shops, and bargains at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Many restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops, concerts, seasonal festivals, and enjoyable family amusements are nearby at Sandestin's enchanting Baytowne Wharf and swank Grand Boulevard.
