Two guest bedrooms are located on this level, one with a king-size bed and balcony access, and the other designed with bunk beds for younger guests. Both rooms feature flat-screen TVs and share a full hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Rental includes four chairs & two umbrellas seasonally.  Events are strictly prohibited.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Magnolia House community pool is seasonally heated.

Trailers, RVs, and pets are NOT permitted at this property. No weddings or events allowed.

Beach Restoration Notice: Okaloosa County is conducting a beach restoration project along Holiday Isle beginning in March 2026, with sand placement expected from approximately April through early May. During this time, guests may see survey crews, equipment, and active sand placement on portions of the beach. The beach will remain open, but temporary closures may occur in work areas as the project progresses.
