This lovely, comfortably furnished vacation rental residence that accommodates 10 includes four bedrooms, four full baths, and two living areas. The outstanding location on Scenic 30A in Blue Mountain Beach places it less than five minutes away from the glowing waters of the jewel-toned gulf. This coastal village is acclaimed for having the highest elevation on the entire Gulf of Mexico and is also known for its award-winning beaches. This rental is in the upscale residential community of Thirty Blu, which features a lagoon-shaped swimming pool, a gas grill, and outdoor seating for poolside dining.

There is plenty of space for everyone at Thirty Blu 10 since guest quarters are found on all three levels. An open rooftop terrace sundeck provides additional outdoor leisure space with views. The rooftop is enjoyable from dawn to dusk and after nightfall. This is the perfect place for morning coffee, sun worshiping, star gazing, or simply relaxing while taking in the ocean breezes and sky-stretched views. The primary bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms include luxurious ensuite baths, while the other two have access to full hall baths off the two living areas. The first floor offers one comfortable guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a door leading outside. It has access to a full hall bath which also serves as a powder room. These guest quarters are like their own domain since they adjoin a bright living area with a white wraparound couch, two matching sleek vintage modern chairs, and a unique round drink table. This crisp contemporary seating ensemble faces a colossal flatscreen TV mounted above a striking powder-white credenza.

The main open living area on the second floor includes comfortable cream-colored furnishings that provide a warm and inviting setting. Three floor-to-ceiling windows offer lots of natural light. A couch faces a set of armchairs flanked at one end by a rustic beach-washed cabinet displaying decorative art pieces and a flatscreen TV for entertainment. A charming rectangular hardwood dining table on the other side of this room has six plush cream-colored chairs with high regal backs. The open kitchen has a sleek black granite-topped bar facing the living area, which provides a great place to lay out tasty appetizers, delicious buffets, or favorite drinks. Brushed stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry provide everything you need to create a fun family feast. A nice bunk room with full and twin beds along with a twin trundle on this floor also includes a sitting area. It has access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower.

The primary bedroom and another guest bedroom are on the top level. They include luxury ensuite baths with tub shower combinations. Both feature comfortable cottage-style furnishings with a king-sized bed in the master suite and two queen-sized beds in the guest bedroom.

Blue Mountain Beach has the highest elevation on the entire Gulf of Mexico, and sugary dunes soar above the highly acclaimed beaches, which are very close by. The captivating coastal village of Blue Mountain Beach has some artist galleries, fun local restaurants, a bakery, an old-fashioned ice cream parlor, and the oldest health food store in Walton County. It is an easy drive to other coastal villages like Santa Rosa Beach and Seaside, which feature great restaurants, friendly beach bars, special shopping adventures, amphitheater concerts as well as fun festivals all year round.

First Floor: Bonus Den, Queen Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Second Floor: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining, Bunk Room with Full/Twin Bunk and Twin Trundle + Shared Walk-In Shower.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Bedroom with Two Queens and Tub/Shower Combo.

Fourth Floor: Terrace Balcony with Seating.

This property only allows for 10 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

Based on the daily temperature and the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated until May 1st.

It was awesome!

We loved our stay at Thirty Blu. The place was just as described, very clean, and had plenty of space for our party of 10. The pool area was very close and had a nice grilling area. The walk to the beach was around .3 miles. We also loved the rooftop patio. Lots of fun shops, ice cream, coffee, and restaurants around. The only negative thing we can say is that we wish the kitchen had been better stocked. We ate most of our meals in, and it was lacking some items like a pizza cutter and bigger pots and pans for larger meal prep. We made it work, and it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Amazing Vacation in Blue Mountain!

The townhome was very spacious, beautifully furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Its location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, with a bakery and ice cream nearby, and many great restaurants within a short drive. Having the bicycles available was such a nice bonus, and the pool was also a wonderful place to relax. Ocean Reef management was very responsive and helpful whenever we contacted them. We definitely recommend Thirty Blu 10 and would be happy to stay here again!

Absolutely amazing.

Can’t say enough how amazing this place and our stay was. Beautiful home, walking distance to the beach. Plenty of room for our party of 9. This was a mini- family reunion vacation, we had family from TN and Central Florida meeting together. We had another place booked and just a couple of hours before check-in the hosts cancelled. We scrambled and happened upon this amazing place. We are so thankful that they accepted our last minute booking and the place was better than we could’ve imagined. Clean, spacious, stunning rooftop terrace, comfortable beds, plenty of seating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great stay on 30A

This Condo is way bigger than what we expected. Its 3 levels, each level has its own bathroom and bedroom, which is so convenient. Everything was really clean and comfortable. The beach is pretty close. We had seven kids and it was easy walk to get to the beach. Would definitely return here again.

Perfect. Wouldn't change a thing.

If you're looking for a vacation spot, this is the spot to go! Me and my family enjoyed everything about it. We loved it.. not too far from everything and in walking distance the beach. Then the kids enjoy the pool. This unit was also walking distance to food and everything you need was close by.

Midweek retreat

Property was very clean and fantastically located. We were told that there would be a Keurig available for our use and upon arrival it was not there. We notified the property management and one was installed within the day.

Is there a golf cart with the rental?

Answer:

A golf cart is not provided complimentary, but you can rent a golf cart at a discounted rate through one of our preferred vendors! Golf carts are only permitted in speed limit zones of 35 MPH or less, and each golf cart rental will take the place of one vehicle parking space. Enjoy the ride!

Where is the beach access for this condo?

The Blue Mountain Beach Regional Access is a 6-7 minute walk away, located at the end of S Co Hwy 83. It features parking, restrooms, and a lifeguard on duty during peak times of the year. Sea you soon!

Is there a pack-n-play available in this unit by chance?

Thirty Blu 10 is a lovely 30A townhome in Blue Mountain Beach! It does not include a Pack-n-Play or high chair, but you do receive discounts on these items by being an Ocean Reef guest. Here is a link to discounted baby equipment!
