Tivoli Terrace 5402 is elegant vacation rental on the beach side of the Sandestin Resort. This upscale townhome is located in a prestigious neighborhood of Mediterranean styled villas on a low rise hill that overlooks one of the four championship golf courses on the resort. An arching bridge to Tivoli provides an impressive entry where it connects it to the palm lined South Sandestin Boulevard which leads to the beach. The terracotta roof and stucco walls along with the tropical landscaping makes you feel like you are staying at a beautiful vacation villa in Italy.

The interiors of Tivoli Terrace 5402 are breath-taking due to the high crown molded ceilings, the columned architectural detailing and tasteful furnishings. Columns frame the open kitchen that looks out into the formal living area. A beautifully granite countertop serves as a bar where tasty seafood appetizers may be served. The dining area has high backed chairs that sit around a carved table next to a set of sunny windows. Glass doors lead out to a covered patio where another table invites you to enjoy the gulf breeze and dine al fresco.

The first floor also has a lovely Guest Suite that is elegantly attired with patio doors. It has access to its own luxurious full bathroom since another half bathroom serves as a powder room off the main living area.

Upstairs is the spacious Master Suite that is accessed through a wide columned entry off a sun room with wall of arched windows. A king sized bed sits beneath a double tray ceiling with a domed chandelier. The big luxurious bathroom is en suite. The other Guest Bedroom is also tastefully furnished with twin beds and its own full bathroom as well so it is like another suite. Although the white sand beach and jewel toned waters of the gulf are just a short distance away, you also have the option to spend some time at the Tivoli pool which is accented by palm trees and has bathroom facilities.

Staying in Sandestin itself is a pleasure since this gorgeous 2,400 acre resort extends from Northwest Florida's Gulf of Mexico all the way to the Choctawhatchee Bay. Besides golf or tennis you also have the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf at your disposal with its lively bars, specialty boutiques, multitude of restaurants and seasonal festivals. The Sandestin Town Center of Grand Boulevard is also nearby with upscale clothing stores, art galleries, a state of the arts movie theater and a number of excellent restaurants.
