Welcome to Turtle Cove—a newly remodeled Miramar Beach vacation home tucked inside the gated Villas of Frangista, where upscale comfort meets effortless coastal charm. This two-story, four-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat was designed with relaxation in mind, featuring a private pool, a complimentary six-seater golf cart, and stylish interiors that reflect the laid-back luxury of the Emerald Coast.

Step inside to an open-concept living area with warm wood floors, relaxed coastal decor, and soft natural light. The layout offers plenty of space for gathering while still feeling cozy and inviting. An electric fireplace adds ambiance to the living room, where a plush sectional and large TV create the perfect spot for movie nights or post-beach lounging. The dining area features a beautiful wooden table that seats six, with additional seating for three at the kitchen island nearby. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

The first-floor primary suite includes a king-sized bed and a luxurious ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. A convenient powder room is also located on the first level. Upstairs, you'll find two more king guest bedrooms—each bright, serene, and thoughtfully appointed—as well as a bunk room with two full-over-full bunks with an arcade machine and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo connects the two king guest rooms, making this layout ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Out back, your private oasis awaits. The sparkling pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers and a covered patio with outdoor seating—perfect for sunny afternoons and relaxing evenings. The pool can also be heated in the cooler months, extending the fun year-round. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a casual dinner outside, or hop in the included golf cart and head to the nearby beach access for a sunset stroll.

Turtle Cove is ideally located just off Scenic Highway 98 in the sought-after Villas of Frangista community. Whale's Tail, a local favorite for beachfront dining, is just minutes away, and popular attractions like Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard, and Baytowne Wharf are all within a short drive.

We had a great experience at Turtle Cove
The house was clean and as described and pictured. The community is walkable, peaceful and close proximity to the beach. The golf cart and pool are a must for us and we were not let down this week!

This house was INCREDIBLE
It was so quiet and so beautiful. We loved having a private pool to use. The kitchen was so well-stocked. The house was very clean and really gave us so much comfort away from home. It was so close to several public beach access points. The golf cart was a fun little perk too! Would definitely come back and recommend the place to others.

What a beautiful house!
We absolutely loved the pool and it was so nice having the golf cart to get back-and-forth to the beach. Our family really enjoyed our time here and we will definitely be back!

Turtle Cove vacation home
The house is located in gated community very close to the beach. Golf car was included and it was convenient to go to the beach and drive around the neighborhood. House is very clean & spacious. Swimming pool in the private back yard. We had a good time and I would highly recommend this property for your next beach vacation.

Perfect Beautiful Home
Beautiful home! Everything about my stay was perfect. The home was recently remodeled and it's stunning. Everything is new and designed to perfection. When you walk into the home you notice how clean,organized, and large the downstairs living space is. My favorite is the living room/kitchen/dining area which is a really large space to enjoy with one another which leads directly off to the backyard/pool area. The furniture in the living area is new and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed and more. I slept so good in the new beds and the house was really quiet inside. The master bath downstairs is beautiful from the color,fixtures and its a large space. Washer and dryer are new and it was nice to be able to get all my laundry done before checking out. Going outside the backyard is a big space with plenty of places to lay out and relax by the pool which was heated for me when I arrived. I really appreciate that.The neighborhood was very quiet so laying out by the pool I didn't hear anything but nature. Getting to the beach was easy and having the golf cart is really nice to get around the area. This home has everything you would want and more for your family to enjoy while on vacation. I would highly recommend to stay here while on vacation and I will be back in the near future.
