Villa Vittoria

This exemplary Mediterranean-style beachfront villa in the prestigious Dunes of Destin community features five bedrooms with multiple beds and places 16 guests in the proverbial lap of luxury. Villa Vittoria has recently undergone significant renovations, opulent appointments, and new furnishings that make it worthy of being featured in the latest issue of "Coastal Living Magazine."
 
Guest suites are distributed on all three floors providing separate sleeping quarters along with a massive third floor Master Bedroom, and a pair of living areas. The interiors have a bright, spacious look with creamy white-colored walls, light beach-washed hardwood tile, and pale parchment-toned tile flooring - along with a multitude of windows. The first floor includes a Guest Bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a kid's area with two twin bunks. They have windows that look out onto the gulf side pool patio and share a full bath with a walk-in shower. The private pool adjoins a large soaking tub, providing pampered refreshment and relaxation. A large patio includes a tables with seating for beachside wining and dining. Stairs lead down to the beautiful private beach below where you can enjoy seasonal complimentary beach chair and umbrella service!
 
A spiral staircase takes you up to the main open Great Room on the second floor, which includes the gracious living, dining, and kitchen areas. Three walls of windows provide vivid views of the sensational seascape along with glass doors that lead out to a gulf front veranda. It is decorated with stately white Byzantine swirled columns as well as mosaic tiled flooring and offers glorious views of the jeweled gulf beside the pool below. The living area has a teal couch and two comfortable armchairs. They have views of the gorgeous gulf and a large flatscreen TV mounted above a contemporary credenza that highlights decorative art. An intimate dining space near another set of coastal view windows sits beneath a unique candled chandelier. The open kitchen has crisp white custom cabinetry, gleaming subway tile brick, a large prep island, and upscale brushed stainless steel appliances that include a restaurant-sized double oven with a gas grill range top. A cream cushioned window bench nearby provides a charming place to enjoy drinks and appetizers with a café styled round-topped table. A handsome Guest Bedroom on this level has a king-sized bed and access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower.

The large Primary Bedroom Suite on the third floor has four sets of double glass doors that lead out to its own balcony, where you may relish the seemingly endless views of the glittering shore. It has a king-sized bed facing these vistas, a seating area, and a luxurious private bath with a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a walk-in closet. Two other comfortably appointed Guest Bedrooms are on this level with queen-sized beds and balcony access with north-facing views of the neighborhood. Both rooms utilize a full hallway bath with a walk-in shower. A full-size washer and dryer is also on this level to ensure your beach attire remains fresh.

The fourth floor features a Tower Observation Sun Deck providing stunning 360-degree views. It adjoins a bonus living space with a couch that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for entertainment, a Wet Bar for favorite drinks, and a convenient powder room.

Fourth Floor: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Wet Bar, Powder Room, and Balcony Access.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, tarps, shading screens, clip on umbrellas, flags, etc. are not allowed. Exceptions: Medical exceptions and infant shades no higher than 36”.
