This classic Grayton Beach vacation home is located in the quiet community of Gulf Trace and accommodates up to 11 happy beachgoers. Sleeping quarters are on two separate levels providing plenty of separate space for guests with multiple beds and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the upstairs living area. The open floor plan in the main living area and a large screened porch provide lots of seating inside and out.

Out on the porch of Wahoo, the entire family can enjoy the gulf breeze and listen to the surf when the waves are high, as it's just 250 yards away. This sugary shoreline also connects to a rare and precious coastal dune lake. Such treasured bodies of water are found in very few places on the planet. In fact, besides in South Walton, coastal dune lakes are only found in parts of Australia, Madagascar, and the Pacific Northwest. A freshwater estuary bordered by dunes serves as their connection to salted water and creates a magical mixture and a huge abundance of wildlife. You might go there to fish or do a little paddle boarding. You could also take a refreshing pool plunge out back! This home comes with a private swimming pool with a patio, a table and lounge chairs for drinks or dining.

The open Great Room has two sets of double glass French doors that lead out to the screen porch from the dining and living areas. This porch spans all the way across the front of the house with a table and chairs for the enjoyment of your favorite drinks and savory snacks.  The living area has a comfortable couch, love seat and a big armchair in lovely tones of blue facing a large TV for entertainment. The dining table nearby has six decorative metal chairs with cushioned blue and white polka dotted seats around a glass topped table. Three raised cushioned bamboo framed chairs face the open kitchen that has everything you'll need to prepare a fun family feast. A breakfast table nearby may be used for games and makes a great kiddies' table.  

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed with palm prints while a Guest Bedroom includes two twin beds with nautical accents. They share a full hall bath. The three Guest Bedrooms downstairs have direct access to the pool and share two full hall baths.  They all have a comfortable cottage style with a twin bed in one and two twins in the other. The other Guest Bedroom has a queen sized bed and is quite charming.

This little world is seemingly remote but located in the heart of Scenic 30A territory. Picture perfect Americana styled coastal villages parallel the beautiful beaches here and offer restaurants, friendly beach bars, specialty shops, galleries and delightful diversions. Grayton Beach proper is the closest but world-famous Seaside is just a few minutes further east and hosts wonderful seasonal festivals and free musical concerts.
