Waterview Towers is a luxury complex that is named appropriately as its privileged location provides lovely "water views" from every room. This premier site at the far western end of Destin's Holiday Isle offers panoramic views of the Destin Marina and East Pass.

A gracious balcony spans across the width of Waterview Towers 603, which allows you to enjoy the sparkling scenery first hand. Amazingly spectacular sunsets highlight these views due to its southwestern exposure. During the holidays and throughout the summer, fabulous firework displays are shot off over the harbor which may also be seen. Inside this water view penthouse, the stately Great Room features a separately portioned living and dining area, which has distinctive styling with a decidedly upscale look due to its elegant décor. A state-of-the-art kitchen with an open mottled granite-topped bar serves to connect the dining and living area portions. This central location is great for entertaining since the bar has raised seating with the dining room on one side and the living area on the other. There is a den with a leather couch on the dining room side with two walls of windows viewing the majestic seascape. An adjoining half bath is off the den.

One has a regal look with chic décor and serves as a second Master Bedroom with a king-sized bed featuring an additional Westin Heavenly Mattress, a jack-and-jill bathroom, a sitting area beside gulf view windows as well as balcony access. The other Guest Bedroom features serene décor in pleasing pastel colors and is quite spacious with two full-size beds as well as its own sunny window overlooking the harbor. The main living area is on the other side with a white leather wrap-around couch, a dormant fireplace, and two earth-toned accent chairs facing a glass wall that frames the heavenly view towards the west. The beautiful balcony is adjacent to this room, and you will find yourselves spending a lot of time here relishing the brilliant vistas while enjoying favorite drinks, especially around sunset time.

Down below a large lagoon-shaped swimming pool with a spacious paver brick patio is studded with palms. A simmering hot tub nearby provides soothing relaxation. This pool patio overlooks its own white bright private stretch of sand next to East Pass where the big fishing boats and yachts go to and from the glorious gulf. A gate leads out to the beautiful shore and a short stroll away you may go snorkeling or fishing on the rock jetties nearby.
