Westwinds is a luxurious condo tower that soars above the sugar white sand beach in the prestigious Sandestin Resort. It has a lagoon shaped swimming pool among clusters of palm trees with vivid views of the emerald toned waters of the glistening gulf. You may relax in this tropical paradise on the spacious sun deck around the pool that allows you to soak in the views while getting a tan and enjoying a frozen beverage or a snack from the seasonal Tiki Bar nearby. There is also a romantic bubbling Hot Tub next to a cascading waterfall to soothe away stress and rejuvenate your spirits.

Westwinds 4813 is a spacious and comfortable vacation rental residence that has one bedroom and would provide a perfect place for a romantic getaway, honeymoon, special anniversary or birthday trip. Unlike many properties this is a distinctive unique western corner location that provides multiple balconies with sparkling vistas off the main living room, dining room and primary bedroom suite. You will truly enjoy spending quality time here with your loved one since the bird’s eye view of the scenery is sensational.

Soft sand-toned wood-tile flooring flows throughout the main living area providing a warm feel. Centered on a flat screen TV, a charcoal-colored couch that can double as a queen size sleeper sofa, and a matching armchair sits beside one set of the sliding glass doors and provides glistening gulf views along with beachfront balcony access. A dining table with four chairs sits beside another set of glass doors on the way to the ample bright white kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and a quartz countertop.

The primary bedroom has a charming king size bed with an ornamental frame, a TV and lovely views of the gulf through glass doors that also lead to the balcony.  The bathroom has been recently renovated and includes a dual sink quartz counter, cutom white cabinetry, and a glass-walled walk-in shower.

The Sandestin Resort is a wonderful world of its own and a complimentary Beach Tram can take you throughout the grounds. Four championship golf courses meander across 1,400 lushly landscaped acres. Sandestin is “self contained” so you don't need to go anywhere else for drinking, dining and entertainment once you arrive. The Town Center features Grand Boulevard with a sophisticated array of boutiques, galleries, restaurants, bars and a new state of the arts theater. It is next to a Publix Grocery store for ease of shopping if you want to create your own special meals. The charming Village of Baytowne Wharf, whose design was inspired by the New Orleans French Quarter, sits on the bayside of Sandestin near a marina. At Baytowne you will find plenty of delightful diversions with a wide assortment of establishments for dining, drinking, amusements and shopping. Free musical concerts are held there and seasonal festivals abound throughout the year.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated October through March.
