Whitesand in Destin's Miramar Beach

Description

Whitesand features 4 bedrooms, bonus areas, and accommodations for up to twelve guests. The remarkable Miramar Beach location is just a short leisurely stroll to the sparkling white sands and jewel toned waters of the gulf which is just an arrow shot away. However you don't have to go beyond the lovely backyard to take a refreshing dip since a shimmering lagoon shaped swimming pool awaits you. An adjacent patio has chairs for lounging in the sun and provides a serene ambiance.

The first floor of this three story home has a nicely decorated guest bedroom apartment with a full hall bathroom. This suite has direct access to a covered patio next to the pool. Upstairs is the very comfortably furnished main living area which is light and bright with honey toned hardwood flooring. A wall of sunny windows with double doors leads out onto the wide covered balcony where you may relax enjoying the gulf breeze while looking down onto the pool and fountain. Comfortable seating here also includes an intimate raised dining table for the enjoyment of tasty seafood appetizers. The open living area has armchairs and two couches that face a flatscreen TV. On the other side of this open room is an elegant dining table with eight beautifully decorative chairs that sit beneath a vintage chandelier. The open kitchen has warm latte colored cabinetry with richly mottled granite counter tops. Stainless steel appliances provide everything you need to create a fun family seafood feast. A king bedroom is also on this level with a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. This has access to a full hall bathroom that doubles as a convenient Powder Room.

A stately open rail stairway leads upstairs to the spacious Primary Bedroom Suite that has a gorgeous four posted king sized bed (and twin trundle) with a private luxury bathroom that includes a garden tub in a window alcove as well as a separate glassed in shower. Another Guest Suite is also on this third floor that has a comfortable king sized bed, a high double tray ceiling which provides an elegant touch and its own full private bathroom. All the bedrooms have flatscreen TVs for evening entertainment.

This amazing location in Destin's Miramar Beach places you close to the water's edge as well as near popular beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, designer discount shopping at Silver Sands and family amusements at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.

First Floor: King Bedroom with Patio Access and Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Garage.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo.

Third Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Twin and Twin Trundle + Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Laundry.

We loved Whitesand

This property was perfect for my family. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and cooking utensils. I loved that each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom which made getting ready easy for a large party. The pool was super nice but being walking distance to the beach was the best part. The staff was responsive and helpful with suggestions. There were no complaints and looking forward to booking with ocean reef again.

Absolutely Amazing

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. We love that we could easily walk to the beach and the location was perfect. I liked that the house was on a very quiet road, so it was very peaceful. We loved having a pool at the house, and having the beach so close was great. The best compliment we can give is that all the beds were actually very comfortable which made us feel like we were home since we all got great sleep. It has been by far the best house we have rented for a vacation. We would rent this place again from Ocean Reef. I’m already looking at booking it for the same time next year because we all loved it so much.
