A two-story turret tower with a tall arched gate opening in the center of Vizcaya leads to the main beach access for the neighborhood. There is a large swimming pool in a charming courtyard centered on the other side with an octagonal paver tile patio for sunny relaxation. Terracotta tile-roofed buildings on three sides of the pool feature open cabanas providing partial shade and a tall beamed ceiling bar area with raised seating. Its seemingly remote locale is only minutes away from popular restaurants, friendly bars with live music, and shopping adventures. Many of them are at the Santa Rosa Beach coastal village center of Gulf Place, only about a minute away towards the east on Scenic 30A.

Gulf Place is a wonderful village center that features a grassy outdoor amphitheater bordered by towering Royal Palms and hosts live concerts at different times of the year. The lush lawns around it host art and wine shows as well as fun festivals. The amphitheater grounds sit beside restaurants of all kinds with friendly casual bars, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, galleries, a coffee shop, a wine outlet, a caterer, and a salon. This Santa Rosa Beach village hub was recently named one of the top five favorite towns in the nation by Travel & Leisure Magazine.

The locally owned Stinky’s Fish Camp Restaurant and Vue on 30A are also very close by. Stinky’s is famous for fresh gulf caught fish, oysters, seafood, craft beers, and a wide selection of wines despite its whimsical name. The Vue on 30A serves Caribbean-style seafood entrees in a stylish, beautiful setting with stunning gulf views.

This 30A locale is also less than fifteen minutes towards the west to the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, which features a grocery store, a wine outlet, delightful amusements, restaurants, bars, and shopping adventures at the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf, as well as the tropically urbane town center of Grand Boulevard.
