Answer:

Smoking is permitted in common areas only at Capistrano. It's also worth noting that smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Ocean Reef properties, including unit balconies. Spectacular gulf views may be enjoyed from all floor levels at Capistrano in Seacrest Beach.

The unit is described as pet friendly. Does that include a well-behaved indoor cat?

Ocean Reef offers a variety of pet friendly properties, however, these properties only permit small dogs 40 pounds or less.

How close to the beach is this resort? Is there a pool?

Capistrano is a beachfront condominium located directly on the sand in Seacrest Beach along Scenic 30A. It is a fantastic vacation destination, but does not have access to a community swimming pool.

Do we have access to beach service? Chairs and umbrellas?

Free seasonal beach service is included with select properties only. If chair and umbrella service is not provided complimentary with the unit, you can easily reserve these items over the phone or directly on the sand!
